الملخص:
هدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف إلى الاسقاطات النفسية لرسومات طفلةٍ تعاني من اضطراب قصور الانتباه المصحوب بفرط الحركة والنشاط الزائد(ADHD )، وذلك في ضوء الدلالات الاسقاطية لاختبار "رسم الشخص" ل فلورنس جودإنف (F.Goodenough,1926) الذي طورت استخدامه ماكوفر) 1949(Caren Machover, والتحقق مما إذا كان بالإمكان الاعتماد على هذا الاختبار كأداةٍ لتشخيص التوافق النفسي والاجتماعي، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف استخدمت الباحثة منهج دراسة الحالة الفردية المعمق، مستخدمةً في ذلك مجموعةً من أدوات جمع المعلومات كاستمارة دراسة الحالة، ,والملاحظة الموضوعية العلمية، والمقابلة العيادية نصف الموجهة مع الحالة والأم ومعلمة الروضة، ومقياس الشخصية للأطفال إعداد"هنا" (1986( ، وقد أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن هناك علاقةٌ وثيقةٌ بين تدني مستوى التوافق النفسي والاجتماعي للحالة، وطبيعة رسوماتها على اختبار رسم الشخص ودلالاتها الاسقاطية من حيث الحذف والتشويه والاحجام والضغط على القلم ومكان الرسم على الورقة؛ مما يعطي مؤشراً قوياً على سوء توافقها النفسي والاجتماعي، ويجعلنا نثق بقدرة اختبار رسم الشخص كأداةٍ لتشخيص التوافق النفسي والاجتماعي.

Psychological Projections of Draw a-Person Test as a Tool For Diagnosing Psychological and Social Adjustment.
(Case Study of a Child Suffering From ADHD)
Abstract
The present study aimed at identifying the psychological projections of the drawings of a child suffering from ADHD in the light of the projections of F.Goodnough (1926)”Draw a-Person” test which developed by Caren Machover, (1949) to ascertain whether it is possible to depend on it as a tool used for diagnosing psychological and social adjustment. The researcher used the in-depth individual case study methodology, using some of information collection tools such as case study, scientific objective observation, half-directed clinical interview with the case, the mother,& kindergarten teacher, Also the researcher used Children Personality scale for “ Hana:1986 ”. The results of the study indicate that there is a close relationship between the low level of psychological and social adjustment of the case, and the nature of her drawings on the” Draw a-Person” test and it’s projections in terms of deletion, distortion, sizes, pressure on the pencil and the place of drawing on the page; that is a strong indicator of her low psychological and social adjustment, and makes us confident in the ability of the Draw a-person test as a tool for diagnosing psychological and social adjustment.
