هدف البحث إلى التعرُّف على واقع الأداء التدريسي لمقررات الإعداد المهني للمعلم وفقًا للتوجهات المعاصرة من وجهة نظر طلبة كلية التربية بمحافظة المهرة، واستخدام المنهج الوصفي، من خلال القيام ببناء استبانة تكونت من (54) فقرة، توزعت على ست مجالات هي: (التخطيط، والتنفيذ، والتقويم والمحتوى، والاتصال والتواصل، والسمات الشخصية لعضو هيئة التدريس)، حيث تمَّ تطبيقها على عينة عشوائية بلغت (96) طالبًا وطالبة، وتوصل البحث إلى: أن متوسط الأداء التدريسي لمقررات الإعداد المهني للمعلم وفقًا للتوجُّهات المعاصرة من وجهة نظر الطلبة بلغ (3.30)، من أصل (5)، وهي درجة توافر متوسطة، وأن مجال السمات الشخصية لعضو هيئة التدريس جاء في الترتيب الأول، بمتوسط بلغ (4.13) وهي درجة توافر مرتفعة، بينما أظهرت نتائج البحث أن الأداء التدريسي يتوافر بدرجة متوسطة لباقي المجالات، بمتوسطات تراوحت بين (3.39- 2.95)، لكلٍ من مجال: الاتصال والتواصل، والتخطيط، المحتوى، التقويم، وأخيرًا التنفيذ، كما دلَّت على عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابة العينة على الاستبانة تُعزى لمتغيري: الجنس، والمستوى الدراسي.

Abstract:
The aim of the research is to identify the reality of the teaching performance of the professional preparation curriculum for the teacher according to contemporary trends from the viewpoint of the students of the College of Education in Al-Mahara Governorate, and to use the descriptive approach, by building a questionnaire consisting of (54) clauses, which were divided into six areas: (planning, implementation , Evaluation and content, connection and communication, and the personal characteristics of the faculty member), as they were applied to a random sample of (96) male and female students. The research concluded: The teaching performance average for the teacher's professional preparation curriculum according to contemporary trends from the students' point of view reached (3.30) , Out of (5), which is a moderate degree of availability, and that the field of personal characteristics of the faculty member came in the first order, with an average (4.13), which is a high degree of availability, while the results of the research showed that the teaching performance is available at a moderate degree to the rest of the fields, with averages ranging between (3.39 - 2.95), for each of the areas: connection and communication, planning, content, evaluation, and finally implementation, as it indicated the absence of statistically significant differences in the sample's response to the questionnaire attributed to the two variables: gender and academic level.
