For the study of semiconductors devices, several simulation methods have been established to respond to these studies. In our investigation we adopted the Monte Carlo method. In this paper, we assume that the charge carriers are the basic entities in the calculation method. This approach will help us to use the modeling of these carriers as an object attached to the calculation system by an object-oriented approach including other models of computation. This will establish a simulation algorithm based on the relational concept classes interact through inheritance rules and will use a dynamic adaptation to study the evolution of each carrier independently in time and space. In order to simplify the proposed model, we use the Unified Modeling Language (UML) for the entities calculation modeling associated to the Extensible Markup Language (XML) to represent the information entities. For that, we present a modeling of the behavior of charge carriers in a semiconductor with an interesting representation and a proposal dynamic calculation algorithm.
