على غرار ما ألفناه في النحو العربيّ من المسائل الخلافيّة التي أذكتها روح المنافسة بين العلماء لتفسير الظواهر النحويّة ممّا اعترض الجملة العربيّة نجد أنّ علم البلاغة ألف هذا النوع من المسائل أيضاً ولكنّها لم تأخذ العناية المطلوبة من العلماء؛ كونها تعلّقت بعكس ما تعلّقت به المسائل النحويّة من موقع اللفظ الذي كان يبدو أكثر ثباتاً في الجملة العربيّة، واعتماد نظريّة العامل التي حاولت أن تقدّم تفسيراً مقبولاً- إلى حدّ ما- للنظام الموقعيّ الذي تسير عليه الجملة- إفتراضاً-، في حين أنّ المسائل الخلافيّة البلاغيّة تعلّقت بالمعنى الذي كان أعصى ما يكون على الضبط ولا سيّما في النصّ القرآنيّ المنفتح على قراءات متعدّدة، فإذا ما نظرنا إلى البلاغة على أنّها علم خادم للنصّ القرآنيّ استشعرنا حجم المعاناة في قضيّة ضبط الخلافات البلاغيّة برمّتها. ومهمّتنا في هذا البحث محاولة استقصاء الظواهر اللافتة للانتباه التي أخذت حيّزها من النقاش العلميّ في عصور التأليف البلاغيّ، وتبويبها ضمن موضوعات تحاول أن تجمع البواعث الذاتيّة لهذه المسائل؛ ليكون عملنا في هذا البحث مقدّمة لعمل علميّ لاحق يجمع كلّ جزئيّات الموضوع بشكل أوسع- عند حدوث فُسحة من الوقت- كونه يمثّل واحداً من الموضوعات البلاغيّة المهمّة التي نُسيت في موجة الاهتمام بموضوعات أخرى.

Similar to what we have stated in Arabic grammar of the controversial issues which have been fueled by the spirit of competition between scholars to explain the grammatical phenomena, it is also found that rhetoric has also addressed these issues except that they did not take much attention and interest. This is because rhetoric did not deal with exactly what grammar has dealt with such as the position of the word which appeared to be more consistent in the Arabic sentence, and also adopting the factor theory which attempted to give an acceptable explanation, to some extent, of the locational system of the sentence. Rhetoric, on the other hand, focused on meaning which was so hard to set or fix especially in the Quranic text being open to multiple readings. If we consider rhetoric as a brooder or a carrier of the Quranic text, we can feel the serious problem of the rhetorical controversies. Our task here is to investigate the most significant phenomena which have been dealt with during the eras of rhetorical composition, and then to categorize them according to groups to collect the subjective motives of the issues. This is to make this paper an introduction to a later scientific work that deals with all aspects of the topic, when time is right, because it is one of the most important rhetorical subjects which has been forgotten in the middle of the wave of interest in other subjects.
