قضية الطلاق شائعة منذ فجر الإسلام بل قبله عند بقية الثقافات والشعوب، لكن الأمر المستجد أن قضية
الطلاق أصبحت متفشية بشكل خطير، زادت نسبة الطلاق عند بعض الدول العربية الإسلامية عن 45 بالمئة
ووصلت إلى 60 و 75 بالمئة بل وهي في تزايد، وقضية الطلاق أصبحت طرقها سهلة ووقتها قصير فهناك
زيجات تدوم ساعات أو أيام أو شهور أو بضع سنين، من هنا ارتأيت في هذا البحث أن أقدم مراحل العلاقة
الزوجية وكيفية إدارة الخلافات من البساطة إلى التعقيد، وهذا هو المنهج الإسلامي المعتدل تدرج في إدارة
العلاقة الزوجية كما كان في هاته المقالة، من النشور إلى القوامة وتعديل السلوك إلى الإيلاء إلى إدخال أطراف
خارجية ويشترط فيها أن تقرب الأطراف وتصالحها وآخر حل هو الطلاق، يعني المرور بكل تلك المراحل
والتدرج في الإصلاح فإذا فشلت كل تلك المراحل فحينها يكون الطلاق، وهنا ندرك قيمة العلاقة الزوجية وحفاظ
وتقنين الشريعة الإسلامية لها، والتي عرفت بالحديث النبوي: (إن أبغض الحلال عند الله الطلاق). الغاية من
هذه البحث التعريف بسماحة الشريعة الإسلامية، وتقديسها للعلاقة الزوجية، التي هي أساس التوازن الأسري
ومنه بناء أساس اجتماعي متين.

The issue of divorce has been common since the dawn of Islam, and even before
it among other cultures and peoples, but the new matter is that the issue of
divorce has become seriously rampant. The rate of divorce in some Arab Islamic
countries has increased to more than 45 percent and has reached 60 and 75
percent, but it is increasing, and the issue of divorce has become its methods. It is
easy and its time is short. There are marriages that last for hours, days, months,
or a few years. From here I thought in this intervention that I present the stages
of the marital relationship and how to manage differences from simplicity to
complexity, and this is the moderate Islamic approach included in the
management of the marital relationship as was in this article, From resurrection
to guardianship and behavior modification to affliction to the introduction of
external parties, in which it is required that the parties draw close and reconcile,
and the last solution is divorce, which means going through all these stages and
gradual reform. If all of these stages fail, then divorce will be. Which is known as
the hadith of the Prophet: (The most hated by God is divorce). The purpose of
this intervention is to introduce the tolerance of Islamic law, and its reverence
for the marital relationship, which is the basis of family balance and from it to
build a solid social foundation.
