يتناول هذا البحث دور الثقافة المعلوماتية في تسهيل عمليات نشر واسترجاع المعلومات العلمية لدى الباحثين الأكاديميين، لأنه لا مكان للأمية المعلوماتية في هذا العالم وخصوصا في المجتمع الأكاديمي، حيث أصبح إعداد البحوث العلمية ونشرها واسترجاعها يعتمد على تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال، وخصوصا باستخدام شبكة الإنترنت، كما هو الحال بالنسبة لنشر المقالات العلمية عبر المنصة الجزائرية للمجلات العلمية ASJP، والتي أصبحت واقعا يتعامل معه الباحثون عموما وطلبة الدكتوراه على وجه الخصوص، حيث يحاول هذا البحث تسليط الضوء على هذا الموضوع الهام.
تم التوصل في هذا البحث إلى ضرورة تعزيز الثقافة المعلوماتية لدى الباحثين من أجل الرفع من كفاءاتهم في المجال التكنولوجي من خلال اعتماد أسلوب التكوين المستمر، وتنظيم الدورات التدريبية التي تراعي احتياجات هؤلاء الباحثين، وقد تم تقديم بعض المقترحات لتجاوز الصعوبات التي يواجهها هؤلاء الباحثون أهمها الاعتماد على التكوين الذاتي لتعزيز المستوى التكنولوجي، ومراجعة نظام النشر عبر المنصة الجزائرية للمجلات العلمية وحل مختلف المشكلات التي تعترض الباحثين في نشر مقالاتهم العلمية.

This research deals with the role of information literacy in facilitating the processes of publishing and retrieving scientific information for academic researchers, because information literacy has no place in this world, especially in the academic community, as the preparation, publication and retrieval of scientific research depends on information and communication technology, especially using the Internet, as is the case for publishing scholarly articles via the ASJP, which has become a reality that researchers deal with in general and doctoral students in particular, where this research attempts to shed light on this important topic.
In this research it was concluded the necessity of enhancing informational culture among researchers in order to raise their competencies in the technological field through adopting the continuous training method, organizing training courses that take into account the needs of these researchers, a set of proposals has been presented to overcome the difficulties these researchers face, the most important of which is relying on self-training to enhance the technological level, reconsidering the publishing system through the algerian portal for scientific journals and solving the various problems that researchers encounter in publishing their scientific articles.
