تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة تجربة جمهورية مصر العربية في جذب وتشجيع الاستثمارات، في الفترة من 1995م -2015م، حيث تتميز مصر عن غيرها من الدول في بالموقع الاستراتيجى، خاصة من حيث تواجد المناطق الصناعية المؤهلة التى تجذب وتستقطب المستثمرين ورجال الأعمال، وتبرز أهمية هذه الدراسة من عدة جوانب فمن الناحية العلمية بالرغم من وجود الدراسات التي تناولت تجارب بعض الدول في تشجيع وجذب الاستثمارات الا أنه مازالت الحاجة قائمة لمزيد من الدراسات في هذا المجال، خاصة في ظل تنافس الدول لاستقطاب رؤوس الاموال الاجنبية للاستثمار، وعليه يتوقع أن تشكل هذه الدراسة إضافة في هذا المجال، أما من الناحية العملية :فيتوقع أن تكون هذه الدراسة وما تتوصل اليه من نتائج مفيدة بالنسبة لمتخذي القرار الاقتصادي في معظم الدول، اتبعت الدراسة المنهج التاريخي الوصفي والتحليلي، ومن أهم النتائج التى توصلت إليها الدراسة الاستقرار السياسي واستقرار التشريعات الاقتصادية، يؤدي الى جذب المستثمرين. وأوصت الدراسة بتسهيل اجراءات الاستثمار وتبسيطها وبضرورة استقرار التشريعات الاقتصادية.

This study aims to know the experience of the Arab Republic of Egypt in attracting and encouraging investments, between 1995 and 2015, as Egypt is distinguished from other countries in its strategic location, especially in terms of the presence of qualified industrial zones that attract and attract investors and businessmen, and highlights the importance of this study From a number of aspects, from the scientific point of view, despite the existence of studies that dealt with the experiences of some countries in encouraging and attracting investments, there is still a need for more studies in this field, especially in light of the competition of countries to attract foreign capital for investment. In this field, as for the practical aspect: it is expected that this study and its results will be beneficial for economic decision-makers in most countries. The study followed the historical, descriptive and analytical approach. Investors. The study recommended facilitating and simplifying investment procedures and the necessity of stabilizing economic legislation.
