شغلت خدمات الإرشاد النفسي دورا حيويا مهما في العملية التربوية، فكل واحد يكمل الآخر ، لذا يعد الإرشاد النفسي سمة من السمات الأساسية للنظم التربوية وذلك من خلال الخدمات التي يقدمها لعلاج العديد من المشكلات من خلال المتابعة ومعرفة ظروف الطلبة المختلفة المحيطة بهم فضلا عن إيجاد الحلول المناسبة لمشكلاتهم .
ونتيجة لتفاعل وتجاوب الفرد مع التغير الاجتماعي عند وقوعه وعبر مختلف مراحله یجعله عرضة للكثير من المشكلات إما لكونه الفاعل الأكثر حضورا في آليات التغير الاجتماعي خاصة في جوانبه الثقافية، وإما لكونها عاجزة عن مواجهة قوى التغیر التي تؤثر سلبا عل كینونتها وأدائها لأدوارها الفعلیة أو المتوقعة .
من هنا جاءت فكرة بحثنا هذه لتسليط الضوء على دور الإرشاد وتقديم الاستشارة العلمية العملية متمثله بخدمات الإرشاد النفسي.
أستهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على دور الأرشاد النفسي في مواجهة المشكلات النفسية والأجتماعية لدى طلبة مرحلة الدراسة الإعدادية ويتم ذلك من خلال التحقق من الفرضيات الآتية:
- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية على مقياس المشكلات النفسية والاجتماعية بعد تطبيقه على الطلبة.
- توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية على مقياس المشكلات النفسية والاجتماعية بعد تطبيقه على الطلبة .
- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الجنسين عند تطبيق المقياس.
- توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الجنسين عند تطبيق المقياس.
يقتصر البحث الحالي على طلبة المرحلة الإعدادية في مركز محافظة البصرة للعام الدراسي 2019-2020م.
استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي ) كمنهج للدراسة ، باعتباره الملائم لها ، لأن المنهج الوصفي هو " منهج يرتبط بدراسة ظاهرة معاصرة بقصد وصفها وتفسيرها .
وتم اختيار عينة البحث الحالي بصورة عشوائية من طلبة مرحلة الدراسة الإعدادية ، تراوح عددهم (100) طالب (50) طالبا من الذكور و(50) طالبة من الإناث.
وقد تبنى الباحث مقياس المشكلات النفسية والاجتماعية ( العصيمي 2009 ) وكان المقياس في صورته النهائية مشتملاً على ثمانية محاور أساسية .
وعند تطبيق الاختبار بصيغته الاولية على عينة التمييز ،كانت جميع الفقرات مميزة. وقد تم حساب ثبات المقياس بطريقة الاختبار واعادة الاختبار، وكان ثباتا عاليا.
وعند مناقشة النتائج وجد الباحث ارتفاع مستوى المشكلات النفسية والاجتماعية لدى أفراد العينة . وعند حساب القيمة التائية لعينتين مستقلتين لمعرفة دلالة الفروق بين الجنسين على المقياس، تبين أن الفرق دال إحصائياً ولصالح الذكور.

Psychological counseling services played a vital important role in the educational process, as each one complements the other, so psychological counseling is one of the basic features of educational systems through the services it provides to treat many problems through follow-up and knowledge of the different students' conditions surrounding them as well as finding appropriate solutions. To their problems
Hence, this idea of our research came to shed light on the role of counseling and providing practical scientific advice represented in psychological counseling services.
As a result of the individual's interaction and response to social change when it occurs and through its various stages, it makes him vulnerable to many problems, either because he is the most present actor in the mechanisms of social change, especially in its cultural aspects, or because he is unable to confront the forces of change that negatively affect their being and their performance of their actual or expected roles.
The current research aims to identify the role of psychological counseling in facing psychological and social problems of middle school students, and this is done by verifying the following hypotheses:
- There is no statistical indication on the measure of psychological and social problems after applying it to students.
- There is statistical significance on the psychological and social problems scale after applying it to students.
- There are no statistically significant differences between the sexes when applying the scale.
- There are statistically significant differences between the sexes when applying the scale
The current research is limited to middle school students in Basra Governorate Center for the academic year 2019-2020.
The researcher used the descriptive method (as a method for the study, as it is appropriate for it, because the descriptive method is "an approach related to the study of a contemporary phenomenon with the intention of describing and explaining it."
The current research sample was randomly selected from the middle school stage students, the number of which ranged from (100) students, (50) male students and (50) female students.
The researcher adopted the Psychological and Social Problems Scale (Al-Osaimi 2009). The scale was in its final form, including eight basic axes.
When applying the test in its initial form to the discrimination sample, all the paragraphs were distinct. The stability of the scale was calculated by the test and retest method, and it was highly stable.
When discussing the results, the researcher found a high level of psychological and social problems among the sample members. When calculating the T-value for two independent samples to know the significance of the differences between the sexes on the scale, the difference was found to be statistically significant and in favor of males.
