تعد المراهقة مرحلة مهمة في حياة الافراد ففيها تتبلور شخصياتهم وتنطلق طاقاتهم وإبداعاتهم اذا ماتعهدها المربون في الرعاية والاهتمام ومن خلال التعامل مع الطلاب في المدارس الثانوية أحس الباحثان البعض منهم يتسم بصفات تكاد تكون مشتركة ،لما يعانونه من مشكلات من جرّاء الظروف والإحداث المؤلمة التي أثّرت على شخصياتهم فتميزت بضعف المسؤولية الاجتماعية. وقد أكدت العديد من الدراسات التربوية والنفسية أنّ مفهوم المسؤولية الاجتماعية قد يكون متأثراً بالتأثيرات الاجتماعية المحيطة بالفرد ،وأنه سلوك متعلم يستطيع من له شأن في ذلك أن يقوي وينمي هذا المفهوم، ومن خلال تخصص الباحث في مجال الإرشاد النفسي والتوجيه التربوي ارتأى أن تعالج هذه المشكلة عن طريق بناء أداة لقياس المسؤولية الاجتماعية لدى الطلبة. وقد أجريت الدراسة الحالية على طلاب المرحلة الإعدادية ( الرابع العام ) في مركز مدينة الزبير في البصرة على عينة قوامها (400) طالب للعام الدراسي 2013 – 2014 وسيتناول الباحث في الإطار النظري المسؤولية الاجتماعية وما يتعلق بذلك من دراسات عربية وأجنبية، فقد تم بناء مقياس للمسؤولية اجتماعية يتألف من (56) فقرة قُسِّمت إلى (28) فقرة إيجابية و (28) فقرة سلبية ،وأجريت المعالجات الإحصائية لصدق وثبات وقوة تمييزية فقد تم عرضه على (10) من الخبراء الاختصاصين في مجال العلوم التربوية والنفسية والإرشاد النفسي ،ولتحقيق غايات البحث استخدم الباحث الوسائل الإحصائية المناسبة التي تعزز بحثه .

Adolescence is an important stage in the life of individuals, in which their personalities are crystallized and their energies and creativity are released if educators pledge them in the care and attention. It was characterized by weak social responsibility. Numerous educational and psychological studies have confirmed that the concept of social responsibility may be influenced by the social influences surrounding the individual, and that it is a learned behavior that anyone who has an interest in that can strengthen and develop this concept, and through the researcher's specialization in the field of psychological counseling and educational guidance, he decided to address this problem about A way to build a tool to measure students' social responsibility. The current study was conducted on middle school students (fourth year) at Al Zubair City Center in Basra on a sample of (400) students for the 2013-2014 academic year. The researcher will deal in the theoretical framework with social responsibility and related Arab and foreign studies. A social section consisting of (56) paragraphs divided into (28) positive paragraphs and (28) negative paragraphs. Statistical treatments were performed for validity, stability and discriminatory force. It was presented to (10) experts specializing in the field of educational, psychological and psychological sciences and counseling. To achieve the research objectives, use The researcher has the appropriate statistical means that enhance his research.
