أن التسارع الحاصل في في عجلة الحياة ألقى على المرأة أعباء متعددة وذلك لأختلاف الأدوار التي تؤديها حالها حال باقي أفراد المجتمع .هذا التسارع في الحركة الأجتماعية والأقتصادية،جعلها عرضة للنجاح تارة والأخفاق تارة أخرى.ومن هنا كان لزاما للمعنيين في هذ المجال تقديم السبل الكفيلة والتي تساعد المرأة للقيام بمسؤولياتها أتجاه المجتمع،من خلال اعداد البرامج المختلفة التي تؤكد على الجوانب التالية:
1- البرامج التي تهتم بعلم النفس السيبراني: في وقتنا الحاضر أصبحت البيئة الرقمية ذات تأثير على جميع جوانب حياتنا،وبشكل كبير، ومثلما المرأة ذات تأثير في البيئة المحيطة، فهي تتأثر أيضا.لذا ممكن توظيف هذا المجال بما يزيد من كفاءة المرأة في أداء مهامها الأجتماعية والأقتصادية بمهارة عالية.
2- الأستفادة من الدراسات والبحوث العبر ثقافية: عطفا على ذي بدء ، التطور الرقمي الذي حصل في العالم ،جعلت العالم عبارة عن قرية صغيرة،وبدأ التقارب في وجهات النظر،ومثلما الثقافات تختلف من مجتمع الى آخر .فهي تتجاذب في جوانب أخرى.وممكن تتلاقح الثقافات فيما يصب في مصلحة الخصوصيات.لوضع برامج من خلال الأستفادة من الثقافات الأخرى.
3- التأكيد عى منظومة القيم في المجتمعات والقيام بدراسات مقارنة : أن المعرفة لهذة المنظومة التي تحكم المجتمعات تعطينا فكرة واضحة لما يحكمها من معايير من شأنها أن تعطي المساحة الكافية للمرأة دون قيود أو العكس،والمعرفة بالمعايير السائدة يساعد في وضع الخطط والبرامج التي تساعد في تذليل الصعوبات.
4- الأهتمام بالأتجاهات السائدة في المجتمعات :دراسة الأتجاهات السائدة عن دور المرأة الفاعل يساعد في تصميم البرامج لتنمية أتجاهات أيجابية في البيئات المختلفة عن هذا الدور.
