تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى دور الخدمات السياحية المبتكرة لسياحة ذكية، حيث تعتبر السياحة من ضمن الحاجات التي تلبي الراحة النفسية للإنسان، والتي أساسها الحاجة إلى الراحة والاستجمام والترويج عن النفس، وتطورت السياحة بتطور وسائل الاتصال والمواصلات نظرا للعلاقة الوثيقة بينها وبين صناعة السياحة والفنادق التي يكمل كل منها الأخر، والتي تهدف إلى تقديم خدمات للسياح في البلد المزار، حيث يتوقف نجاح الدول في جذب السياح عن طريق امتلاك وسائل متطورة للترويج السياحي وهنا ظهر مفهوم الاتصال السياحي كصورة جديدة من صور الاتصال وبدأت أهميته تبرز أكثر فأكثر مع تطور تكنولوجيات الإعلام والاتصال.
