تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى بيان سياسات التكامل كآلية لفض وتسوية النزاعات الحدودية في أفريقيا، باعتبار الجهود التي يقدمها الاتحاد الافريقي وبقية المنظمات الإقليمية وتحت الإقليمية في القارة، اذ أن بواعث النزاعات الأفريقية متعددة ومتنوعة ومترابطة وشديدة التعقيد، ويستوجب حلها تبني مقاربة شاملة تأخذ في اعتبارها طبيعة النزاعات الافريقية، ودرجة تعقيدها، وفي ظل فشل عديد مسارات تسوية النزاعات الحدودية في القارة، تؤمن المنظمات الإقليمية وعلى رأسها الاتحاد الافريقي بأنه لا سبيل لحلحلة هذه النزاعات الا في اطار جماعي، ووفقا لأجندات التكامل الإقليمي، لما لهذه الاليات من وزن سياسي وشرعية دولية. تعتمد الدراسة في هذا الإطار على مركب تحليلي يتكون من اقتراب متعدد المتغيرات والمستويات لتحليل بواعث النزاعات الحدودية في افريقيا، واقتراب الدور لتوضيح مضامين سياسات التكامل الافريقي الرامية الى حلحلة النزاعات ودور المنظمات الإقليمية في هذه المسارات، في حين تعتمد الدراسة على منظار التفاعل السياسي ل:"نعومي شازان" لبيان انعكاسات سياسات التكامل على تسوية النزاعات على المستويات الوطنية والإقليمية والدولية، الرسمية منها وغير الرسمية

The paper aims to explain integration policies as a resolving and settling mechanism for border conflicts in Africa, given the efforts of African Union, regional and sub-regional organizations in Africa. the multiple, diversity, linked and high complexity of African conflicts requires a comprehensive approach that takes into account the nature of African conflicts and its complexity. the settlement fails of many border conflicts in Africa lead African Union and other regional organizations to believe that there is no way to resolve these conflicts except in a collective framework, and with regional integration agendas, because of its political effects and international legitimacy. In this context, The current study rests on an analytical framework consisting of an approach that is multivariate and multileveled to analyzing the sources of border conflicts in Africa, in other hand, the role approach will clarify the contents of African integration policies, which aim to resolve African conflicts and examines regional organizations role in those plans, while the political interaction approach for: Naomi Chazan tries to explain the integration policies implications on settling conflicts at the national, regional and international levels, including official and non-official effects.
