يهدف البحث الى دراسة التأثير بين سلوك النخبة و الاداء التنظيمي بالتطبيق في معمل اسمنت الكوفة ، اذ قام الباحثان بتوزيع (82) استبانة ، وكانت الاستبانات الصالحة للتحليل الاحصائي هي (70) استبانة ، و قد وزعت على الافراد المؤثرين في القرار في المنظمة المبحوثة ، و لتحليل الاستبانات تم استعمال طريقة النمذجة الهيكلية عبر نمذجة المربعات الصغرى الجزيئية باستخدام البرنامج الاحصائي المتقدم المشهور ,SmartPLS v.3.2.6 الذي يعد برنامج حديث في مجال التحليل الاحصائي للوصول الى نتائج ذات حيادية و موثوقية عالية، و تتمثل أهمية البحث في انها مطبقة في قطاع اقتصادي مهم الا وهو قطاع الصناعة ,اذ يعد شريان الاقتصاد النابض لما له من دور فعال في تقليل الاستيراد و تشغيل اليد العاملة و دعم الاقتصاد الوطني بمنتجات وطنية ، و تمثلت اصالة البحث بانها جاءت لتسُد فجوة معرفية تمثلت بعدم وجود دراسة عربية او اجنبية على حد علم الباحثان تناولت التأثير بين متغيرات البحث في انموذج فرضي واحد، واهمية هذه العلاقة في تحقيق التميز والتفوق للمنظمة عينة البحث ، و قد توصل البحث الى مجموعة من النتائج العملية منها ان هنالك علاقة تأثير معنوية مباشرة بين سلوك النخبة والأداء التنظيمي عند مستوى معنوية(0.05) ، و يُمكن الإفادة من النتائج التي توصلت اليها البحث اذ ان الاهتمام بسلوك النخبة يؤدي الى تحسين اداء العاملين و بالتالي تحسين مقايس الاداء التقليدية والحديثة مما تؤدي بالنتيجة الى تحقيق الأداء التنظيمي الجيد الذي ينعكس في تحقيق المنظمة المبحوثة أهدافها وغاياتها على المدى المتوسط و الطويل.

The research aims to study the effect between elite behavior and organizational performance by application in the Kufa Cement Factory, as the researchers distributed (82) questionnaires, and the valid questionnaires for statistical analysis were (70) questionnaires, and they were distributed to individuals influential in the decision in the organization in question, and To analyze the questionnaires, the structural modeling method was used through the molecular least squares modeling using the famous advanced statistical program, SmartPLS v.3.2.6, which is a modern program in the field of statistical analysis to reach results with impartiality and high reliability, and the importance of the research is that it is applied in the sector An important economic sector, which is the industry sector, as it is the lifeblood of the economy because of its effective role in reducing imports, employing labor and supporting the national economy with national products, and the originality of the research was that it came to fill a knowledge gap represented by the absence of an Arab or foreign study to the knowledge of The researchers dealt with the effect between the research variables in one hypothetical model, and the importance of this relationship in achieving excellence and superiority for the research sample organization. The direct correlation between elite behavior and organizational performance at a level of significance (0.05), and it is possible to benefit from the findings of the research, as attention to elite behavior leads to improving the performance of workers and thus improving traditional and modern performance measures, which leads as a result to achieving good organizational performance that is reflected In achieving the organization under study its goals and objectives in the medium and long term.
