سنعمل خلال هذه الورقة على إعادة التفكير في المنحدر المعرفي التونسي الجزائري، بإعتباره نتاج تاريخ مشترك، ليس كذاكرة وثروة فكرية محفوظة بالمكتبات فقط، وإنما كذلك كمنهج وكنموذج نستلهم منه اليوم أساليب وأنماط في التفكير تتوافق مع هويتنا.
هذا الطرح قد سمح لنا بالتفكير في الاشكالية المتعلقة بالمدى الذي يمكن أن يتحول فيه التراث المعرفي المكتوب التونسي الجزائري بمكتباتنا اليوم الى رأسمال منهجي يصلنا بجذور أنماط تفكيرنا، ويمنحنا فرصة التفاعل مع تطور المعرفة الرقمية؟
وبالتالي فإشكالية المسألة لا تتعلق بمدى صلاحية مضمونه فقط، وانما هي اشكالية ابستيمولوجية تتعلق بالمنهج الذي يجب أن نفكر به فيه وبالمنهج الذي يجب أن ندركه في عمق تفكير أسلافنا.
ألزمنا هذا الطرح منهجيّا، على تشخيص مخزون مكتباتنا من تراث مكتوب والوقوف على سبل تثمينه، ونحن بهذا نتناول ثقافة مجتمعين ترسخت فيهما لعقود ممتدة في التاريخ تقاليد الكتابة والإنتاج المعرفي بمستوياته المختلفة، من أجل ابراز ثرائه بإعتباره حقل معرفي مستقل بذاته يتطلب أن نتعامل معه باعتباره رأسمال معرفي، من شأنه أن يمنحنا خصوصيتنا وفق نماذج تفكيرنا العميقة تاريخيا، وليس بالضرورة اتباعا أعمى لنماذج الآخر.

We will try, in this paper, to rethink the Tunisian- Algerian cognitive patrimony as a fruit of our common history. Not only as memory and cognitive wealth reserved in national libraries but also as method and pattern that inspire us ways and patterns of thinking appropriate to our identity.
This topic allow us to think about what extent the written cognitive Tunisian-Algerian patrimony in our libraries can becoming a methodical capital that connect us with our cognitive roots and in the same time provide us with the opportunity to interact with digital knowledge.
That’s to say, the question is not about the content of that patrimony but rather an epistemological issue that necessitates the review of our methods of thinking on that topic in order to realize the depth of thoughts of our ancestors.
Our problematic guides us to diagnose the content of the written patrimony in our libraries to value it and to show the richness of that patrimony as an independent field of knowledge. We should mention here that we are talking about the culture of two societies with rooted written methods lasting for decades in written and producing knowledge in different fields. This patrimony provides us, moreover, with specificities that consistent with our deep historical ways of thinking and consequently protects us from the blind imitation of others.
