هدف البحث إلى تحديد متطلبات سوق العمل في مجال استخدام أنظمة تشغيل الحاسب الآلي اللازمة لطلاب الكليات التقنية بجمهورية العراق، وقد أمكن التوصل إلى قائمة بمتطلبات سوق العمل في مجال استخدام أنظمة تشغيل الحاسب الآلي اللازمة لطلاب الكليات التقنية في جمهورية العراق، والتي اشتملت في صورتها النهائية (9) متطلبات رئيسة يتفرع منها (37) عنصراً معرفياً، و(104) عنصر مهاري ، كما قدم البحث مجموعة من التوصيات، كان من أبرزها ضرورة تقويم وتطوير مناهج الكليات التقنية بجمهورية العراق في ضوء متطلبات سوق العمل.

The aim of the research is to determine the requirements of the labor market in the field of using computer operating systems necessary for students of technical colleges in the Republic of Iraq, and it was possible to reach a list of labor market requirements in the field of using computer operating systems necessary for students of technical colleges in the Republic of Iraq, which included in its final form ( 9) Main requirements, from which (37) a cognitive element and (104) a skill element are branched. The research also presented a set of recommendations, the most prominent of which was the necessity of evaluating and developing the curricula of technical colleges in the Republic of Iraq in light of the requirements of the labor market.
