تواجه الكثير من المؤسسات الوقفية صعوبات في إدارة الأراضي الوقفية وتطويرها وتحويلها
لاوقاف منتجة،ذات ايراد عالى واكثر فاعلية في المساهمتها التنميوية، وقدمت الاوقاف في
سنغافورة نموذج يهتدى به في تنمية وتطوير الاوقاف بشكل عام والاراضي الوقفية بشكل
خاص، وتهدف هذه الورقة إلى استغراض بعض النماذج التي طبقها المجلس الاسلامي في
سنغافورة في تطوير بعض الاصول الوقفية من خلال شركة ) )waresويرس لتطوير وتجدبد
الاصول الوقفية، وتحويلها لاوقاف ذاتية التمويل وتسهم بفاعلية في تنمية المجتمع المسلم في
سنعافورة، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الاستقرائي من خلال مراجعة ما نشر من مقالات وكتب
وتقارير حول تجربة سنغافورة في تطوير الأصول الوقفية، واهم ما خلصت اليه الورقة أن الادارة
الانتاجية للاوقاف ساهمة بشكلكبير في تنمية وتطوير الاوقاف في سنغافورة، ودل على هذا
النجاح الزيادة في قيمة وايرادات هذة الاصول وزيادة ثفة المسلمين في قدرته على التميز والاداء
الفعال.

Abstract
Many Waqf institutions face difficulties in managing the Waqf Assets,
developing and transforming them to Waqf Productive, with High income
input in large developments. The endowments in waqf Foundation in
Singapore provided a model to guide the development and development of
endowments in general and Waqf lands in particular. This paper aims at
the use of some models applied by the Islamic Council of Singapore in the
development of some Waqf assets through Wares Company to develop and
renew Waqf assets, thus transforming these assets into self-financed
endowments and contributing effectively to the development of the
Muslim community in Singapore. The researcher used the inductive
method by review the published articles, books and reports on the
experience of Singapore in the development of Waqf assets. The most
important conclusion of the paper is that the endowment production
department contributed greatly to the endowments in Singapore. This
success has been demonstrated by the increase in the value and revenues
of these assets and the increase in the Muslim’s ability to excel and perform
effectively
