تهدف الدراسة الحالية صياغة رؤية استشرافية لإدارة تلك البيانات الضخمة بالجامعات في ضوء مبادئ الحوكمة الإلكترونية" البيانات التعليمية نموذجًا"، والتعرف على الإطار المفاهيمي الحاكم لمفهوم البيانات الضخمة بالجامعات، واهم خصائص إدارة البيانات الضخمة ومصادرها، وتحديد كيفية توظيفها، مع الوقوف على أهم مبادئ الحوكمة الإلكترونية، ومبررات تطبيقها داخل الجامعة، مع الوقف على أهم الإجراءات المتبعة لتطبيقها، الكشف عن أهم المتطلبات اللازمة لإدارة تلك البيانات الضخمة بالجامعات في ضوء مبادئ الحوكمة الإلكترونية، لوضع رؤية استشرافية لتطبيقها بالجامعات، واعتمد البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي.
وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن مفهوم البيانات الضخمة، لا يتم تداوله بين المتخصصين بشكل كافٍ مما يُسهم في إبراز أهميته ومكوناته، والوقوف على أدوات استخدام، وكيفية تحليل تللك البيانات؛ لتحسن الخدمة التعليمية بالجامعات، وأن الحوكمة الإلكترونية عبارة عن حقل علمي معرفي له فلسفته وخصائصه التى تُسهم في تطبيقه داخل الجامعات، خاصة وأنها صارت أمرًا ضروريًا لا يمكن الاستغناء عنها في الجامعات وأن إدارة البيانات الضخمة ومبادئ الحوكمة الإلكترونية يتعاملان بطريقة منهجية علمية تعتمد على التخطيط والتنظيم والتوليد والمشاركة للمعرفة والبيانات المتضمنة للمعارف والمعلومات المرتبطة بها، وكيفية تخزينها وتحليلها. مما يُسهم في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية المستدامة؛ ويساعد في زيادة الإقبال عليها والاستفادة من خدماتها التعليمية. خاصة وان الجامعات تمتلك بيئة تعليمية ذات بنية أساسية علمية ومعرفية عالية الكفاءة؛ لتأهيل العنصر البشري للعمل في إطار مبادئ الحوكمة الإلكترونية من ناحية، والمساهمة في حركة التنمية المستدامة من ناحية أخري.

The current study aims to formulate a forward-looking vision for managing this big data in universities in light of the principles of e-governance, "educational data as a model", and to identify the conceptual framework governing the concept of big data in universities, and the most important characteristics of big data management and its sources, and to determine how to employ it, while studying the most important principles of electronic governance. And the justifications for their application inside the university, with stopping the most important procedures followed for their application, disclosure of the most important requirements necessary to manage this big data in universities in light of the principles of electronic governance, to develop a forward-looking vision for its application in universities, and the research adopted the descriptive and analytical approach.
The study concluded that the concept of big data is not being circulated among specialists sufficiently, which contributes to highlighting its importance and components, and identifying tools for use, and how to analyze that data. In order to improve the educational service in universities, and that e-governance is a scientific field of knowledge that has its philosophy and characteristics that contribute to its application within universities, especially since it has become a necessary and indispensable matter in universities, and that the management of big data and the principles of e-governance are dealing in a scientific systematic way that depends on planning, organizing and generating And the sharing of knowledge and data that includes knowledge and information related to it, and how it is stored and analyzed. This contributes to achieving sustainable competitive advantage; And it helps increase the demand for it and benefit from its educational services. Especially since universities have an educational environment with a highly efficient scientific and knowledge infrastructure. To qualify the human element to work within the framework of the principles of e-governance on the one hand, and to contribute to the sustainable development movement on the other hand.
