بين هذا البحث جملة من الأحكام والخصائص التي تتعلق بلفظ الجلالة، وتناول جملة من الأسئلة التي بينت حقيقة هذا اللفظ من حيث المعنى اللغوي، وأصل اشتقاقه والخلاف الدائر حول ذلك، وكذلك بين خصائصه التي امتاز بها عن غيره من الأسماء، وما وقع من خلاف بين النحاة والمتكلمين من الفقهاء والأصوليين في مسألة مهمة كثر الجدل حولها، كما سلط البحث الضوء على بعض الخلافات النحوية فيما يخص بعض خصائص لفظ الجلالة، وذكر العلل والحجج الواردة لكل مذهب، مع عدم إغفال أقوال اللغويين والمفسرين في كل ما ذكر، كما تناول بابا قلّ من تناوله، ألا وهو باب الأدب، أو أدب العبارة مع الله تعالى في الإعراب، وهذا الباب غفل عنه كثير من أهل اللغة من المعربين، والنحويين، والمفسرين، وغيرهم.

The research has shown a number of provisions and characteristics related to the word of majesty, and it focused on a number of questions that clarified the truth of this holy word in terms of its linguistic meaning, the origin of its derivation and the debate around that, as well as its characteristics that distinguished it from other names. Also, the research showed the dispute that occurred between grammarians, speakers, and fundamentalists in an important issue that has a lot of controversy about it. In addition, the research highlighted some grammatical debate regarding some of the characteristics of the majesty word, along with the downsides and arguments for each religious doctrine. This research, also, took into account all the points of views of linguists and scholars about what previously mentioned. The research also dealt with the concept of politeness or being polite with Allah in syntax. This matter was neglected by a lot of linguists, grammarians and others. This study has concluded that this topic is an important topic, because it is related to the Creator, the Almighty, and it is one of the topics that dealt with by linguists, grammarians, scholars, and others. Some of what is related to this topic is scattered in some books of the scholars who were previously mentioned, so the research was an attempt to collect everything related to what was written about this topic.
