برهنت الدراسات الميدانيّة أنّ البحوث المتخصصة في مجال التوثيق والأرشيف في الجزائر، رغم أهميتها، لم تحقق الغاية منها، حيث أنّ نشرها في نسخ ورقيّة لم يبلغ وبصفته واسطة علميّة، مستوى المرئيّة اللازمة ليستفيد منها جميع المهنيين، وهو الأمر الذي خلق حاجزا أو فجوة معرفية إن صحّ التعبير بين الباحث والمهني الجزائري.
من جانب آخر، لاحظنا أن الطفرة التكنولوجية الحاصلة اليوم داخل المجتمعات المعاصرة، قد جلبت معها موارد فعالة ومناسبة للاتصال العلمي من شأنها أن تحافظ على ثبات وحيوية هذا العلم، ولكن في نفس الوقت قد تكون طرفا في تعزيز الفجوة المعرفية الحاصلة بين الباحثين والمهنيين، نتيجة للتغيير الحاصل في بيئة الاتصال، وعليه نقدم مفهوم الوساطة في هذه الدراسة كحل وفرصة للمصالحة بين الباحث والمهني من أجل تسيير النفاذ إلى البحوث، ونحن نخصّ الذكر هنا بتقديم المدونات كفضاء يساعد على تطوير ودعم الشكل الجديد لوساطة المعلومات المتخصصة.
في هذا الإطار سنعمل على تبيّن تمثلات وتصورات الأساتذة المنتمين لحقل البحث في الأرشيف بأقسام علم المكتبات والمعلومات بجامعات الغرب الجزائري كنموذج، حتى نقف على مدى إعتمادهم على فضاء المدونات في نشر البحوث، وإعادة وساطة أعمالهم ونتائج دراساتهم النظرية والميدانية، لتعزيز المعرفة النظرية للمهنيين في تخصص الأرشيف، وللمساهمة في تطوير مهاراتهم وممارساتهم وفقا للتحولات العالمية.

In Algeria, the field studies have demonstrated that even the importance of specialized research in the area of documentation and archives, yet it has not reached its purpose, as its publication in hard copies did not reach, as a scientific medium, the level of visibility necessary for the benefit of all professionals, which created a barrier or knowledge divide, therefore, in fact it is between the Algerian researcher and professional.
On the other hand, we have observed that today's technological boom within contemporary societies has brought with its effective and appropriate resources for scientific communication that will maintain the stability and vitality of this science, but at the same time, it may be a party in strengthening the knowledge gap between researchers and professionals, as a result of the change in the communication environment, we present the concept of mediation in this study as a solution and an opportunity for reconciliation between the researcher and the professional in order to conduct access to research, and we are mentioned here by providing blogs as a space that helps to develop and support the new form specialized information mediation.
In this context, we will work to identify the representations and perceptions of professors belonging to research field in Archives in the departments of libraries and information science at universities in western Algeria as a model, to focus on the extent of their reliance on the blogosphere in publishing research, re-mediate their work and the results of their theoretical and field studies, to enhance the theoretical knowledge of professionals in the specialization of archives and to contribute to the development of their skills and practices in accordance with global transformations.
