تهدف هذه الورقة إلى إبراز دور الجامعة كمؤسسة لعملية الاتصال الداخلي، باعتبار الاتصال أداة لتنمية الإنسان و تطور معارفه و ميزاته، حيث تلعب وسائل الاتصال دورا هاما في تحقيق هذا الهدف. وتوسيع آفاقه المعرفية و الثقافية، من خلال إسهام مؤسساته في تخريج كوادر بشرية تمتلك المعرفة والعلم و التدريب، قادرة على العمل في مختلف المجالات و التخصصات العلمية، حيث توظف طاقاتها و إمكاناتها لتحقيق أهدافها المتعلقة بالتعليم، وإعداد القوى البشرية، إضافة إلى خدمة المجتمع.
فلكل جامعة رسالتها التي هي من صنع المجتمع، وأداة لصنع قياداته الفنية و المهنية و الفكرية، خاصة مع ما نشهده من بروز مجتمع المعلومات و مجتمع المعرفة التي تؤثر على التغيرات الاجتماعية المستمرة وهذا ما يؤكد الدور المهم للجامعة في تحديد مخرجات تتلاءم مع طبيعة العصر، كون الإعداد الجيد للأجيال يساهم في نقل الثقافة والعمل على خدمة المجتمع وتنميته بجميع جوانبه الاجتماعية و الاقتصادية والمعرفية و السياسية. من هذا المنظور أصبح الاتصال الداخلي وسيلة ضرورية لا غنى عنها في التعامل البشري و في تشكيل الروابط و مد الجسور بين الجامعة كمؤسسة لعملية الاتصال الداخلي.

This paper aims to highlight the role of the university as an institution for the internal communication process, as communication is a tool for human development and the development of his knowledge and features, where the means of communication play an important role in achieving this goal. Expanding its knowledge and cultural horizons, through the contribution of its institutions in graduating human cadres possessing knowledge, science and training, capable of working in various fields and scientific disciplines, where it employs its energies and capabilities to achieve its goals related to education, preparing manpower, in addition to serving the community.
Each university has its mission, which is made by society, and a tool for making its technical, professional and intellectual leaders, especially with what we are witnessing of the emergence of the information society and the knowledge society that affects the ongoing social changes, and this confirms the important role of the university in determining outputs that are compatible with the nature of the age, since Good preparation for generations contributes to the transfer of culture and work to serve and develop society in all its social, economic, knowledge and political aspects. From this perspective, internal communication has become a necessary and indispensable means in human interaction and in forming links and building bridges between the university as an institution for the internal communication process.
