حاولت الأفلام السينمائية أن تواكب حركة المجتمع فى إطار أهتمامها بقضايا المواطنة والتعريف بحقوقها والدعوة إلى تطبيقها ورصد آى إنتهاكات تمسها،وذلك من منطلق التعبير عن هموم وواقع المجتمع المصرى ، والقيام بدور تنويرى فى تحديثه،ويمكن تحديد مشكلة الدراسة في التساؤل الرئيسي التالي:- كيف عالجت الأفلام السينمائية التى تقدمها قنوات الأفلام الفضائية المتخصصة قضية المواطنة وانعكاساتها على مفاهيم الوحدة الوطنية؟
تهدف الدراسة الحالية وبشكل أساسي إلى التعرف على كيف عالجت الأفلام السينمائية قضية المواطنة وانعكاساتها على مفاهيم الوحدة الوطنية وذلك من خلال ما يلى :-
• التعرف على كيفية معالجة الأفلام السينمائية عينة الدراسة لقضية حقوق المواطنة بين المسلمين والأقباط فى مصر.
• حقوق المواطنة بين المسلمين والأقباط الاكثر تكرار فى الأفلام السينمائية عينة الدراسة
تعد الدراسة الحالية من البحوث الوصفية التي تهدف إلى وصف الظاهرة واعتمدت هذه الدراسة على منهج المسح التحليلي ،حيث قامت الباحثة بمسح عينة من الأفلام المصرية التي تناولت قضية المواطنة وبلغت 12 فيلما مصريا تناولوا قضية المواطنة تناولتها الباحثة بالدراسة والتحليل بقنوات روتانا سينما وبانوراما فيلم والحياة سينما وسيما على مدى الدورتين التلفزيونين التي بدأت من أول سبتمبر 2016م م وحتى 30 ديسمبر2016م .
اعتمدت الباحثة في جمع البيانات الراهنة على أداة أستمارة تحليل المضمونContent analysis لتحليل مضمون الأفلام السينمائية عينة الدراسة
توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج للدراسة التحليلية من أهمها :
1- أحتلت قضايا الحقوق المدنية مقدمة قضايا حقوق المواطنة التي وردت في الأفلام عينة الدراسة ، حيث بلغ إجمالي عدد المشاهد التي تناولت هذه القضية (202) مشهد بنسبة بلغت (42.8%) وذلك من إجمالي عدد المشاهد المرتبطة بقضايا الحقوق الأخرى التي تناولتها الأفلام السينمائية عينة الدراسة، يليها قضايا حقوق المواطنة الدينية فى الترتيب الثاني لقضايا حقوق المواطنة التي وردت في الأفلام السينمائية عينة الدراسة ، ،حيث جاء إجمالي عدد المشاهد التي تناولت هذه القضية(139) مشهد بنسبة بلغت (29.5%) وذلك من إجمالي عدد المشاهد المرتبطة بقضايا الحقوق الأخرى .
2- بلغت الأفلام التي استخدمت الأسلوب المباشرفي معالجة قضايا حقوق المواطنة بين المسلمين والأقباط (10) أفلام بنسبة بلغت (83.3%) ، من إجمالي عدد الأفلام عينة الدراسة ، بينما بلغت الأفلام التي جمعت بين الأسلوبين في معالجة القضايا (2) فيلم بنسبة بلغت(16.7%) ، من إجمالي عدد الأفلام السينمائية عينة الدراسة .

The cinema also tries to keep pace with the movement of society within its interest in the issues of the citizenship, the definition of its rights, to call for implementing it and to report any violations affecting them. This occurs from the point of its express to the concerns and the reality of the Egyptian society, and to play an enlightening role in its up-date.The problem of the study can be identified in the next major question: - How do the cinema films offered by the specialized satellite channels treat with the issue of the citizenship between Muslims and Copts and their relation to the concepts of national unity?
To know how the cinema films "the study sample" treat with the issue of the citizenship rights between Muslims and Copts in Egypt.
The type and the method of the study: The current study is a descriptive study which aims to describe the phenomenon in details through analyzing the data and reaching the significant results and indications that can be generalized. This study also depends on the method of analytical The researcher surveyed a sample of the Egyptian films that dealt with the issue of the citizenship,
They are 12 Egyptian films which deal with the issue of the citizenship. The researcher studied and analyzed these films in the channels "Rotana Cinema, Panorama Film, Al-hayat Cinema, and Cima" over the two TV sessions,. It means for 6 months.
Tools of the study:In collecting the current data, the researcher depended on the following tools:-Content analysis: to analyze the content of the study sample, "The cinema films".
Results
The civil rights issues became in the first rank for the citizenship rights issues that mentioned in the cinema films "the study sample". The total number of scenes that dealt with this issue reached (202) scenes with percentage (42.8%) from the total number of scenes related to the other rights issues dealt with the cinema films "the study sample". The issues of religion-citizenship rights came to the second rank for the citizenship rights issues that appeared in the cinema films "the study sample". The total number of the scenes that dealt with this issue reached (139) scenes with percentage (29.5%) from the total number of the scenes related to other the rights issues. The issues of social and economic citizenship rights came to the third rank with total number of scenes that dealt with this issue (72) scenes with percentage (15.2%) from the total number of scenes related to the other rights issues which dealt with the cinema films.
2- The cinema films that used the direct method in dealing with the issues of citizenship rights between Muslims and Copts were (10) films with percentage (83.3%) of the total number of the cinema films, "the study sample". The cinema films that combined the two methods in dealing with the issues were (2) films with percentage (16.7%) from the total number of the cinema films, "the study sample".
