تسعى هذه الدراسة لمعرفة معالجة قضايا الحماية الاجتماعية للطفل فى المواقع الالكترونية لمنظمات الطفولة وعلاقتها بإدراك طالبات الجامعة لها، والتعرف على أهم قضايا الحماية الاجتماعية للطفل الأكثر تناولاً بالمواقع الالكترونية لمنظمات الطفولة ودرجة اهتمام الموقع بها وأسلوب التناول والمعالجة لها،وتحديد أسباب تصفح طالبات الجامعة للمواقع الالكترونية لتلك المنظمات و مستوى إداراكهم لقضايا الحماية الاجتماعية للطفل التى تتناولها المواقع الالكترونية لمنظمات الطفولة، وتنتمي هذه الدراسة إلى الدراسات الوصفية واعتمدت على منهج المسح بشقة التحليلى والميدانى، حيث طبقت الدراسة التحليلية على عينة عمدية قوامها ثلاث مواقع وهى" موقع منظمة اليونيسف- المجلس العربى للطفولة والتنمية – المجلس القومى للطفولة والأمومة"، وذلك لتحليل مضمونها لمدة ثلاث أشهر فى الفترة التى بدأت من أول ستبمبر 2019م إلى30 نوفمبر2019م ،كما تمثل عينة الدراسة الميدانية في عينة عمدية من مستخدمي المواقع الالكترونية لمنظمات الطفولة قوامها(200) مفردة من طالبات الفرقة الثالثة والرابعة بكليات الطفولة المبكرة بجامعتى القاهرة وبورسعيد ممن تتراوح أعمارهن من (19-21) سنة ،موزعة بالتساوى 100 مفردة لكل جامعة، وتوصلت النتائج إلى :" تنوعت قضايا الحماية الاجتماعية التى تناولتها المواقع الالكترونية لمنظمات الطفولة عينة الدراسة، وقد اشتمل كل موقع على معالجة أكثر من قضية من تلك القضايا حيث احتلت قضية الرعاية الاجتماعية ومؤسسات الرعاية البديلة للطفل مقدمة قضايا الحماية الاجتماعية للطفل التي وردت في المواقع الالكترونية لمنظمات الطفولة عينة الدراسة، بنسبة بلغت (32.8%)، يليها فى الترتيب الثانى " قضية الحماية الصحية للطفل بنسبة بلغت (20.4%)، وجد أن المتوسط الحسابى العام لقضية الرعاية الاجتماعية ومؤسسات الرعاية البديلة بلغ (2.79) وهو متوسط يقع فى المدى من (2.34 الى 3) بدرجة "موافق" حسب المقياس المستخدم ، مما يعنى أن الطالبات عينة الدراسة يؤكدن أن المواقع الإلكترونية لمنظمات الطفولة تعنى بقضية الرعاية الاجتماعية ومؤسسات الرعاية البديلة بدرجة كبيرة .

This study seeks to know the treatment of the social protection issues for the child in the websites of the childhood organizations and their relationship with the awareness of the university students, to identify the most important social protection issues for child and also the most dealing with websites of the childhood organizations and the interest degree of the site and the method of handling and treatment of them. Also, this study seeks to determine the reasons for the university students browsing the websites for those organizations, the sample of the study, and to know their level of awareness for social protection issues for child that are dealt by the websites for the childhood organizations.
This study belongs to the descriptive studies and depends on the survey approach with its analytical and the field method.
The analytical study was applied to an intentional sample of three sites, which are: "The UNICEF website - the Arab Council for Childhood and Development - the National Council for Childhood and Motherhood", in order to analyze their content for a period of three months started from 1stSeptember, 2019 to 30thNovember, 2019. The field study sample also represents an intentional sample of the users for the websites of childhood organizations consisting of (200) students from third and fourth year students in early childhood colleges at Cairo and Port Said universities who are between the ages of 19-21 years, distributed equally 100 items for each university.
The results showed that there is a variety of the social protection issues dealt by the websites of childhood organizations, the sample of the study Each site included more than one issue, as the issue of the social care and alternative child care institutions was the top of the social protection issues for children that appeared in the websites of childhood organizations, the sample of the study, with percentage (32.8%), followed by the second order "The issue of child health protection with percentage (20.4%).
- It was found that the general arithmetic mean for the issue of the social care and alternative care institutions was (2.79). This is an average in the range of (2.34 to 3) with a degree of "approval" according to the used scale. This means that the female students, the study sample, confirm that the websites of childhood organizations are concerned with the issue of the socialcare and alternativecare institutions on a large scale.
