هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على ملامح التوجيه والإرشاد عند الإمام الشافعي من خلال كتبه، وما كتبه الآخرين، ومن أجل ذلك استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج الاستنباطي، وذلك لاستنباط الأدلة التي وردت على لسان الإمام الشافعي في مجال الإرشاد النفسي لتوائم تخصص الصحة النفسية والإرشاد النفسي واستخدامهما كلما لزم الأمر لمعالجة المشكلات النفسية والاجتماعية لدى الفرد والأسرة في مجتمعنا المسلم الذي يحتاج منّا الكثير، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة الاطلاع على التراث الفكري لدى علماء سلفنا الصالح من أجل استنباط القوانين والمفاهيم التي تخص التوجيه والإرشاد والتراث التربوي بشكل عام، وأن ما قدّمه الإمام الشافعي يفيد في صياغة المناهج صياغة تعتمد على الأصول الإسلامية في التربية وعلم النفس، وضرورة نشر فكر الشافعي بشكل خاص وفكر علماء المسلمين بشكل عام على شبكات التواصل المعرفي والاجتماعي للاستفادة منها كلما دعت الحاجة، وتفعيلها في حياتنا لتكون منهج حياة، وعمل كتيّبات تحمل الفكر النفسي والتربوي للإمام الشافعي وتوزيعها ليستفيد منها الصغار والكبار من طلبة العلم، وكذلك التأسي بأخلاقيات العلم التي قدّمها لنا الإمام الشافعي وخاصةً في هذا العصر الذي كثر فيه الخبث واللغط وضاعت فيه القيم والأخلاق.

This study aimed to identify the features of guidance and counseling at the Imam Shafei through his books, and his books of others, and for that researcher used the descriptive analytical and deductive approach, so as to develop the evidence received on the tongue of Imam Shafei in psychological counseling for twins specialty mental health and psychological counseling and use whenever necessary to address the social and psychological problems of the individual and the family in our Muslim society that needs us a lot, study recommended that access to the intellectual heritage of scientists righteous forebears in order to devise laws and concepts pertaining to guidance and counseling and educational heritage in general, and his Imam Shafei useful in the formulation of curriculum formulation based on Islamic asset in education and psychology, and the need to spread the concept Shafei in particular and thought of Muslim Scholars generally networking cognitive and social benefit from them whenever the need arises, and activated in our lives to be a way of life, and work manuals bear psychological and educational thought of Imam Shafei and distribution for the benefit of young and adult students of science, as well as the torment ethics in science has given us the Imam Shafei, especially in this era in which many people slag and confusion and lost the values and ethics.
