تناولت الدراسة - معتمدة على المنهجين التحليلي والاستنباطي-: مفهوم الحوار لغة واصطلاحا، وميزته وعزلته عن المفاهيم المتشابكة معه والملتصقة به كالجدال والمناظرة والمفاوضة والمناقشة، ومن ثم عرجت على أركان الحوار ومكوناته. الأمر الذي أكد أن الحوار قائم على التعاون والتفاهم بين الأطراف المشاركة لتحقيق أهداف معينة يسعى المتحاورون إلى تحقيقها، كما ناقشت الدراسة الشروط التي يقوم عليها الحوار والتي تتمثل في إتاحة الحرية الكاملة للمتحاورين، وتحديد مضمون الحوار، والالتزام بالسلمية وعدم التعصب، وبذلك يتحول الحوار من مجرد حالة تلقائية عفوية، إلى عملية منظمة ومنضبطة ومخطط لها بدقة، وبينت الدراسة فلسفة الحوار من خلال مناقشة أسسه ومنطلقاته التي تتمثل في: مدنية الإنسان، وحتمية الاختلاف والتعدد، ووحدة الإنسانية والمشترك الإنساني، وأيضا أهميته وضرورته، التي تتمثل في: كون الحوار سبيلا للتعارف الإنساني، وتقليص شقة الخلاف بين المتحاورين، وكسر الجمود الفكري والروحي، وتنويع الرؤى في الوصول للحقيقة، ناقشت الدراسة كذلك مستويات الحوار وآفاقه، حيث بان أن للحوار مستويين: الحوار على المستوى الداخلي بما يضمنه من حوار داخل النفس الإنسانية، وحوار داخل المجتمع المسلم، وحوار بين الأوطان الإسلامية؛ والحوار على المستوى الخارجي، بما يضمنه من تحاور بين الجماعة المسلمة والعالم الخارجي عنها، كما تعددت آفاقه ومجالاته من حوارات سياسية، ودينية، وقيمية، وثقافية ، وحضارية، كما تناولت الدراسة منظومة الحوار القرآنية من خلال جانب التأصيل القرآني للحوار، حيث تعظيم مكانته، وتأكيد إمكانه وواقعيته، مع التدليل بنماذج تطبيقية يمكن احتذاؤها والاهتداء بها، وأيضا جانب الثقافة الحوارية القرآنية، حيث وضع منهجية قرآنية للتحاور تتمثل في: ضرورة الاعتراف بالآخر، وعدم الإكراه والتسلط، وتعظيم المشترك التعاوني، وتحكيم الجو العلمي وتجنب العاطفة، مع تأكيد أهمية الالتزام بضوابط الحوار من انصاف الطرف الآخر، والتزام اتباع الحق، واحترام الآخر وعدم إثارته.
الملخص الانجليزي
In the study of the concept of dialogue language and terminology, and its distinction and isolation from the concept interlocking with him and attached to it such as debate and debate, negotiation and discussion and then covered the pillars of dialogue and its components. Which stressed that the dialogue is based on cooperation and understanding between the parties involved to achieved certain goals sought by the interlocutors, and discussed the study condition of the dialogue, which is: freedom of speech to the interlocutors, determination of the content of the dialogue and commitment to the nonــintolerance and intolerance, and thus turn the dialogue from spontaneous spontaneity to a systematic, disciplined and carefully planned process. The study demonstrated the philosophy of dialogue by discussing its foundations and premises: and the unity of humanity and the common humanity as well as the importance and necessity, which is: the dialogue as a way to well as the importance and necessity, which is: the dialogue as a way to human acquaintance, and reduce the level of disagreement between the human acquaintance, and reduce the level of disagreement between the interlocutors, and break the intellectual and spiritual stalemate, and diversification of vision to reach the truth, the study discussed levels of dialogue and prospect, two levels of dialogue: dialogue on and dialogue at the external level, so as ensure dialogue between the Muslim community and the outside world, as well as it horizons areas, from political dialogue, religious, and value-based dialogue and cultural, the study dealt with the system of dialogue Quran through the rooting of the Qur’anic dialogue, where the maximization of its status, and the confirmation of its potential and reality, while demonstrating the application models can be taken and guided, and also the culture of the Quran, where it established a Qur’anic methodology for dialogue: the need to recognize the other, non-coercion and domination, maximizing cooperative cooperation judging the scientific atmosphere and avoiding emotion, while stressing the importance of adherence to dialogue controls from the other side.
