وهو أطروحة دكتوراه للباحثة آسيا عمور، تحت إشراف الأستاذ الدكتور محمد عبد النبي.
وهذه الدراسة تعنى ببيان منهج الحافظ ابن حجر في تقوية المرويات الحديثية، وقد جمعتْ بين الجانب التنظيري والجانب التطبيقي؛ حيث قدمتْ الباحثة لهذه الدراسة بقسم نظري؛ لتأصيل مسألة اعتضاد الحديث وتقويته في فصلين: الأول: يتعلق ببيان العواضد الإسنادية والمتنية المعتمدة في تقوية الحديث، والثاني: يتعلق بعرض الضوابط الأساسية للتقوية. أما الفصل الثالث: فيتعلق بالجانب التطبيقي للتقوية عند الحافظ ابن حجر العسقلاني، وذلك من خلال دراسة استقرائية لكتابه فتح الباري، حيث قامت الباحثة بتتبع المرويات التي صرح الحافظ بتقويتها في سياق شرحه لصحيح البخاري، والتعرف على اصطلحاته في التعبير عن التقوية. وقد عرضت الباحثة المرويات التي تصلح للتمثيل بها كتطبيقات لمنهجه، وقامت بتصنيفها إلى مجموعات كما تقتضيه خطة البحث. واتبعت الباحثة منهج الدراسة التحقيقية التحليلية في القسم التطبيقي، حيث أوردت نص الحافظ ابن حجر الذي هو محل الاستشهاد في المتن، ثم بدأت بالإحالة على دواوين السنة التي عزى إليها الحافظ الحديث أو الأثر، وكذا الترجمة لرواة السند الذين ورد ذكرهم في النص ممن تكلم فيهم بجرح، أو بيان موضع الضعف في الإسناد الذي ضعفه ابن حجر، وقامت الباحثة بتتبع أقوال الحافظ ابن حجر حول تلك المرويات في كتبه الأخرى، ومقارنتها بأقوال العلماء من أجل الوقوف على المنهج العام الذي اعتمده الحافظ في التقوية. وختمت الباحثة الدراسة بنتائج، لعل من أهمها: أن الحافظ أصل لمنهج المتأخرين من أهل الحديث ممن تأثروا بمنهج الفقهاء، وكان اعتماده في تقوية المرويات على الصورة المجموعة من الشواهد والمتابعات، وقلما يعتمد عواضد متنية أخرى كموافته لآية من القرآن، أوللموقوف عن الصحابة، أوشهرة الحديث والعمل به، أو موافقته للقياس. ومن نتائج البحث أيضا التعرف على ما يصلح للتقوية من أنواع الضعيف عنده، حيث يغلب على منهج الحافظ ابن حجر تقوية المراسيل أكثر من غيرها من أنواع الضعف اليسير. أما الضعف الشديد فقلما يقويه.

A Doctorate Thesis of the Researcher AMMOUR Assia ; under the Supervision
Of Prof. Dr. AbdelNabi Mohamed.
And this study is interested in illustrating the method of Hafiz Ibn Hajer in enhancing the narrated traditions, and it has gathered between a debatable side and the applied one, when the researcher has proceeded it by a theoretical section; in order to consolidate the issue of the support and enhancing the tradition into two chapters: The first: is related to the illustration of the support of the Assanid and Muton relied on strengthening it, The second: concerned with the exhibition of the basic straights of reinforcement, while The third chapter: is linked to the applied side of the enhancement according to Ibn Hajer, and this through an inductive study of his book Fath Al-Bari, when the researcher has followed what Al-Hafiz has enforced in his explanation the context of Authentic Al-Bukhari, and the knowledge of this terminology in the expression of enhancement.
The researcher has selected a group of -raised or stopped- narratives as samples suitable to represent them as models of his methodology, and she has classified them into groups as the outline of the research required, also has ranked them according to their appearance in Fath Al-Bari. The researcher followed the method of the detective study in the applied section, where she stated the text of Ibn Hajer, which is the place of evidence in the Muton; then she has started referening to the books of the Tradition to the Tradition or the Trace has been attributed by Ibn Hajer, besides the translation to the Narrators of the Sannad mentioned in the text ;who he has spoken about them in the Jerrah, or by the showing the context of the weakness in the Issnad that Ibn Hajer has weakened. The researcher has followed Ibn Hajer's speeches about these narrations in his other books and has compared them with the scholars' opinions in order to stand on the general methodology Al-Hafiz has relied on in enhancement.
The researcher has concluded the study by findings, the most important perhaps were:
That Al-Hafiz enhanced the Sannad in most times, yet he may reinforce the Muton, and his most reliance on the picture gathered from proofs and follow-ups, and rarely he depended on the other equivalent to any Quranic verse, or on that standing from the Prophet’s Companions or on the work by the famous Tradition, or its conformity with Analogy. As well as among the results of the research the identification of what was adequate to enhance the weak types; where Ibn Hajer's method was dominated by enhancing the Marssil more than other types of available weakness; while he rarely has enhanced that is of sstrong weakness.
