هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الوقوف على واقع الأدوار التربوية الوقائية لكل من الأسرة والمدرسة ووسائل الإعلام ودور العبادة والأندية تجاه طلاب التعليم الثانوي، ووضع استراتيجية مقترحة للتربية الوقائية لطلاب التعليم الثانوي لمواجهة بعض سلبيات الواقع الثقافي والإعلامي المعاصر، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف مرت الدراسة بمجموعة من الإجراءات، تمثلت في إعداد إطار نظري شمل، الخصائص الاجتماعية لطلاب التعليم الثانوي، واحتياجاتهم التربوية، وبعض المشكلات الاجتماعية التي قد تواجههم خلال تلك المرحلة، وآليات الثقافة والإعلام في المجتمع المعاصر، وبعض إيجابيات وسلبيات الثقافة والإعلام في المجتمع المعاصر وتأثيرها على طلاب التعليم الثانوي، والمقصود بالتربية الوقائية لطلاب التعليم الثانوي، وأهدافها وأهميتها للطلاب، ومجالاتها، ووسائطها التربوية، وتلا ذلك إعداد الدراسة الميدانية، حيث تم إعداد أداة الدراسة ( الاستبانة )، وتطبيقهاعلى عينة عشوائية من طلاب التعليم الثانوي العام والفني بمحافظة سوهاج، للوقوف على واقع الأدوار الوقائية لكل من الأسرة والمدرسة ووسائل الإعلام ودور العبادة والأندية تجاه طلاب التعليم الثانوي، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، وللحصول على نتائج الدراسة تم جمع البيانات من خلال تطبيق أداة الدراسة، وتلا ذلك استخدام أساليب إحصائية مناسبة لطبيعة الدراسة، وتوصلت الدراسة لبعض النتائج التي تشير إلى الدور الإيجابي الذي تقوم به الأسرة والمدرسة ووسائل الإعلام ودور العبادة والأندية تجاه ترسيخ قيم المواطنة والانتماء لدى طلاب تعليم الثانوي، وتشجيعهم على تحمل المسئولية الاجتماعية، وإكسابهم بعض المعارف والمهارات والخبرات وقواعد السلوك الاجتماعي، وآداب الحوار والمناقشة، وتنمية بعض القيم الأخلاقية والاجتماعية والصحية لدى الطلاب، بينما أشارت بعض نتائج الدراسة إلى ضعف الدور الذي تقوم به الأسرة والمدرسة ووسائل الإعلام ودور العبادة والأندية تجاه تنمية وعي الطلاب بالمخططات التي تستهدف النيل من ثقافة المجتمع وطاقاته البشرية، من خلال بث بعض المواد الإعلامية التي تروج للعنف والتنمر والإباحية والإدمان بكافة صوره، وقصور برامج المتابعة والدعم والرعاية للطلاب، والتي قد توجههم لسبل الاستفادة من التكنولوجيا الرقمية والانترنت في تنمية الفرد والمجتمع، كذلك أشارت بعض نتائج الدراسة إلى ضعف الدور الذي تقوم به تلك المؤسسات تجاه تحقيق التوافق النفسي والاجتماعي لدى الطلاب، وعلى ضوء هذه النتائج قدم الباحث استراتيجية مقترحة للتربية الوقائية لطلاب التعليم الثانوي لمواجهة بعض سلبيات الواقع الثقافي والإعلامي المعاصر.

Abstract
The present study aimed to identify the reality of educational roles preventive for each of the family, the school, the media and the role of worship and clubs towards secondary education students , and the development of a proposed strategy for preventive education for students of secondary education to counter some negative aspects of the cultural reality and media contemporary , and to achieve this goal , the study went through a series of actions, represented in the preparation of a theoretical framework included, characteristics of social students education secondary , educational needs, and some of the problem of data social that may face during that stage , and the mechanisms of cultural lesion media in contemporary society , and some of the pros and The negatives of culture and media in contemporary society and their impact on secondary education students , what is meant by preventive education for secondary education students, its objectives and importance for students, its fields, and educational media , followed by the preparation of the field study, where the study tool (the questionnaire ) was prepared , and applied to a random sample of students. b general secondary and technical education to Sohag province, to find out the reality of preventive roles for each of the family, the school, the media, places of worship and clubs Towards secondary education students , and the researcher used the descriptive approach , and to get the results of the study were data collected through the application of Ed uh the study , and the subsequent use as methods of statistical suitable for the nature of the study , and the study found for some of the results that indicate the positive role played by The family, the school, the media, places of worship and clubs towards consolidating the values of citizenship and belonging among secondary school students , encouraging them to assume social responsibility, and providing them with some knowledge, skills, experiences, rules of social behavior, the etiquette of dialogue and discussion, and the development of some moral, social and health values among students . Some of the results of the study indicate the weak role played by the family, the school, the media, houses of worship and clubs towards developing students’ awareness of the schemes aimed at undermining the culture of society and its human energies , by broadcasting some media materials that promote violence, bullying, pornography and addiction in all its forms, and the lack of follow-up and support programs care for students , and that may be their way to the ways to take advantage of the technology of the digital and the Internet in the individual and community development, also noted some The results of the study indicated the weak role played by these institutions towards achieving psychological and social harmony among students. In light of these results, the researcher presented aproposed strategy for preventive education for secondary education students to confront some of the negative aspects of the contemporary cultural and media reality.
