نهدف من خلال دراستنا لموضوع الأسس الإجرائية الفعالة في التصدي لظاهرة الإحتيال عبر مواقع التواصل الإجتماعي إلى التعرف على أبرز القواعد التي تقوم بها جهات التحقيق الأمنية والقضائية في الكشف عن جرائم الإحتيال،وذلك من خلال التطرق لدور إجراء التسرب (الإختراق) في التصدي للإحتيال وتحديد ماهيته و شروطه وكيفية التسرب عبر مواقع التواصل الإجتماعي،ثم التطرق إلى دور إجراء إعتراض المراسلات في التصدي للإحتيال ومعرفته وشروطه وكيفية إعتراض المراسلات عبر مواقع التواصل الإجتماعي،ثم دور إجراء الرقابة الإلكترونية في التصدي للإحتيال والتطرق لماهيته وحالات اللجوء إليه وضوابطه وكيفية إجراء الرقابة الإلكترونية عبر مواقع التواصل الإجتماعي.

We aim through our study of the subject of effective procedural foundations in addressing the phenomenon of fraud through social networking sites,we aim to know the most prominnent reles that security and judicial investigation bodies use in detecting the role of the leak procedure (hacking) in addressing fraud by determining what it is and its conditions and how to leak through social networking sites,then the role of the procedure for intercepting correspondence in addressing fraud,its knowledge and conditions,and how to intercept correspondence through social networking sites,then the role of the electronic monitoring procedure in addressing procedure in addressing fraud from knowing what it is,its cases and controls and how to conduct electronic monitoring through social networking sites.
