سعت هذه الورقة إلى تسليط الضوء على الصراع الفلسطيني الداخلي بين حركتي فتح وحماس على السلطة، الذي يحول دون التوصل إلى تفاهمات وقواسم مشتركة تقود إلى إنهاء الانقسام واستعادة الوحدة الوطنية على أسس سليمة. وأوضحت تداعيات هذا الصراع المحتدم بين الحركتين على المشروع الوطني، ومجمل القضية الفلسطينية. كما حاولت توضيح مستقبل ومآلات هذا الصراع الفلسطيني الداخلي في المنظور القريب والبعيد، من خلال مجموعة من السيناريوهات والمقاربات في ضوء التطورات الأخيرة، في ظل انسداد أفق المصالحة، وإعادة الإعمار، والتحوّل في الموقف الإسرائيلي تجاه غزة.

This paper sought to shed light on the internal Palestinian struggle between Fatah and Hamas over power, which prevents reaching understandings and common denominators that lead to ending the division and restoring national unity on sound foundations. She explained the repercussions of this raging conflict between the two movements on the national project, and the overall Palestinian cause. It also tried to clarify the future and outcomes of this internal Palestinian conflict in the short and long terms, through a set of scenarios and approaches in light of recent developments, in light of the blockage of the horizons of reconciliation, reconstruction, and the shift in the Israeli position towards Gaza.
