Therefore the goal of research is to provide a vision theoretical proposal for the design of adaptive learning environments according to Learning Styles, Through access to some of the literature, previous research studies, Also about the design of adaptive e-learning environments, and structural or building adaptive learning systems models, The standards of design adaptive learning environments, As well as the attempt to link theory and practice in adaptive e-learning environments through educational theories behaviorism, cognitivism, constructivism, and communicativem to identify the most important principles and Appropriate educational concepts promoted by all the theory, which can be built upon in the instructional design of these environments.
