جاء هذا البحث متناولا تحليلا لتغريدات المحللين السياسيين العراقيين الناشطين من على وسائل الاعلام المتنوعة .. منها المرئية ومنها الافتراضية عبر المنصات الرقمية ازاء الشأن العراقي بصورة عامة اذ قام الباحث بدراسة وتحليل تغريداتهم عبر تويتر لثلاثة اشهر من 1/6/2020 ولغاية 1/9/2020 وهي الفترة التي اعقبت تشكيل حكومة السيد مصطفى الكاظمي منطلقا من مشكلة البحث واهدافه الرئيسة مستخدما المنهج المسحي واداة تحليل المضمون لجمع البيانات عبر عدة تساؤلات اهمها: ما الموضوعات التي تناولتها تغريدات المحللين السياسيين ازاء الشأن السياسي العراقي، الاتجاهات السياسية لهذه التغريدات والاهداف المرجوة من نشرها إضافة الى التوظيف الاتصالي المستخدم لايصال المعلومات للجمهور عبرها.
وسعى الباحث من خلال الدراسة للتعرف على ابرز الموضوعات التي تضمنتها تغريدات المحللين السياسيين عبر تويتر ازاء الشأن العراقي، ويعتبر البحث من البحوث الوصفية وقد استخدم فيه المنهج المسحي التحليلي وقد استعان الباحثً باداة تحليل المضمون لجمع البيانات توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: ان تغريدات المحللين السياسيين العراقيين تناولت العديد من الموضوعات والخاصة بالشأن بالعراقي اذ ركزت على موضوعات العمل السياسي وذكر الشخوص السياسية من حيث انتقادهم او ارسال رسائل مباشرة لهم كما اشر المحللون السياسيون بعض نقاط الضعف والاخطاء في النظام السياسي بصورة عامة من خلال موقع تويتر كونه الاسرع في نشر الاخبار وايصالها الى المعنيين و هدف المحللون السياسييون من خلال نشر تغريداتم الى لفت انتباه الجمهور الى المواضيع التي تخص الشأن العراقي وانتقاد الاداء السياسي لشخصيات سياسية وحكومية والعمل على كسب تعاطف الجمهور تجاه قضايا معينة.
الملخص الانجليزي
This research came as an analysis of the tweets of active Iraqi political analysts from various media, including visual and virtual ones via digital platforms regarding the Iraqi issue in general, as the researcher studied and analyzed their tweets via Twitter for three months from 1/6/2020 to 1/9/ 2020, which is the period that followed the formation of the government of Mr. Mustafa Al-Kadhimi, based on the research problem and its main objectives, using the survey method and the content analysis tool to collect data through several questions, the most important of which are: What are the topics covered by the tweets of political analysts about Iraqi political affairs, the political trends of these tweets and the desired goals of publishing them in addition To the communicative employment used to communicate information to the public through it.
Through the study, the researcher sought to identify the most prominent topics included in the tweets of political analysts via Twitter about the Iraqi issue, and the research is considered a descriptive research, in which the analytical survey method was used. Iraqi politicians dealt with many topics related to the Iraqi issue, as they focused on the topics of political action and mentioned political persons in terms of criticizing them or sending direct messages to them. Those concerned and the goal of political analysts, through publishing their tweets, is to draw the public's attention to topics related to the Iraqi issue, criticize the political performance of political and governmental figures, and work to win the public's sympathy towards certain issues.
