يسعى هذا البحث إلى تسليط الضوء على موضوع الساعة وقضايا المعاصرة وهو جراحات التجميل، التي شاعت واستفحلت داخل الوسط الاجتماعي، تبعا لتطورات تقنيات الطب الحديثة، الذي بدا الامر مختلفا وبات ممكنا تجاوز التجمّل الشكلي إلى اعادة رونق الجسم البشري نفسه أو اعادة بنائه أو إدخال تعديلات عليه من خلال عمليات أصبحت شائعة ومعروفة؛ والتي حولها ثار الجدل بين رجال الفكر والقانون والشريعة حول شرعية بعض عمليات التجميل الجراحية، خاصة تلك التي لا صلة لها بعنوان العلاج، ولم يكن القصد منها شفاء المريض، فضلا عن العمليات التي تندرج تحت عنوان الترف والعبث والتجمل .

This research seeks to shed light on the topic of time and contemporary issues, which is plastic surgery, which has spread and has become widespread within the social environment, according to the developments of modern medical techniques, which seemed to be different and it became possible to go beyond the formal aesthetics to restore the luster of the human body itself, rebuild it or make modifications to it. through processes that have become common and well known; And around it, controversy arose among men of thought, law, and Sharia regarding the legitimacy of some surgical cosmetic operations, especially those that are not related to the title of treatment, and were not intended to cure the patient, as well as operations that fall under the title of luxury, tampering and beautification.
