هدفت الدراسة الى بيان دور حوكمة الشركات في بناء قدرات الشركة الليبية للموانئ – دراسة ميدانية فرع الشركة الخمس، وتعتبر هذه الدراسة وصفية تحليلية، تم جمع البيانات من خلال الاستبانة التي تم بنائها اعتماداً على الدراسات السابقة وتطوريها بمساعدة لجنة التحكيم، حيث تم توزيع (33) استبانة وتم استرجاع منها (29) استبانة كلها صالح للتحليل الاحصائي، فتمثلت العينة ب (29) موظفاً والتي تمثل ما نسبته(87.8%) من العينة الرئيسة، من أجل تحقيق هدف الدراسة تم استخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية SPSS وذلك لتحليل البيانات المتحصل عليها من الاستبيانات الموزعة على عينة الدراسة. واظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن هناك دور لحوكمة الشركات في بناء قدرات الشركة الليبية للموانئ بمجال الموارد البشرية ، اللوائح و التشريعات ، البنية التحتية، وأن عقد الندوات و ورش العمل والمشاركة بالدورات التدريبية الخاصة بقواعد الحوكمة يرفع من الكفاءة المهنية لذى موظفي الشركة الليبية للموانئ. وعلى ضوء نتائج الدراسة أوصت الدراسة اتباع طرق حديثة في التعريف بقواعد الحوكمة و أهميتها في دعم الشركة الليبية للموانئ من جانب الموارد البشرية و اللوائح و التشريعات و البنية التحتية، وتوفير نظام اتصال عالي الجودة للعاملين داخل الشركة و كذلك التواصل مع الشركات الأخرى لغرض المنافسة و البحث عن تقديم الأفضل.

The study aimed to show the role of corporate governance in building the capabilities of the Libyan Ports Company - a field study of the five branch of the company. This study is descriptive and analytical. The data was collected through a questionnaire that was built on the basis of previous studies and developed with the help of the jury. A questionnaire was retrieved (29) questionnaire all valid for statistical analysis, the sample was represented by (29) employees, which represents (87.8%) of the main sample, in order to achieve the objective of the study, the statistical package (SPSS) program was used to analyze the data obtained from the questionnaires. Distributed to the study sample.The results of the study showed that there is a role for corporate governance in building the capacity of the Libyan Ports Company in the field of (human resources, regulations and legislation, infrastructure), and that the holding of seminars and workshops and participation in training courses on governance rules raise the professional competence of the staff of the Libyan Ports Company. In light of the results of the study, the study recommended the adoption of modern methods in the definition of governance rules and their importance in supporting the Libyan Company for Ports by human resources, regulations, legislation and infrastructure, and provide a high quality communication system for employees within the company as well as communication with other companies for the purpose of competition and research About giving the best.
