هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على تأثير سلوك النخبة على الآداء التنظيمي في معمل اسمنت الكوفة، وكانت العينة الصالحة للتحليل الاحصائي هي (70) فردا، وقد وزعت على الأفراد المؤثرين في القرار الإداري في المنظمة المبحوثة، ولتحليل الاستبانات تم استعمال طريقة النمذجة الهيكلية عبر نمذجة المربعات الصغرى الجزيئية باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي المتقدم المشهور ,SmartPLS v.3.2.6 وتتمثل أهمية الدراسة في أنها مطبقة في قطاع اقتصادي مهم ألا وهو قطاع الصناعة، إذ يعد شريان الاقتصاد النابض لما له من دور فعال في تقليل الاستيراد وتشغيل اليد العاملة ودعم الاقتصاد الوطني بمنتجات وطنية، وتمثلت أصالة الدراسة بأنها جاءت لتسُد فجوة معرفية تمثلت بعدم وجود دراسة عربية أو أجنبية على حد علم الباحثان تناولت التأثير بين متغيرات الدراسة في أنموذج فرضي واحد، وأهمية هذه العلاقة في تحقيق التميز والتفوق للمنظمة عينة الدراسة، وكان المنهج المستخدم في هذه الدراسة هو المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج العملية منها أن هنالك علاقة تأثير معنوية مباشرة بين سلوك النخبة والأداء التنظيمي عند مستوى معنوية(0.05)، ويُمكن الإفادة من النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة إذ أن الاهتمام بسلوك النخبة يؤدي إلى تحسين آداء العاملين وبالتالي تحسين مقايس الآداء التقليدية والحديثة مما تؤدي بالنتيجة إلى تحقيق الأداء التنظيمي الجيد الذي ينعكس في تحقيق المنظمة المبحوثة أهدافها وغاياتها على المدى المتوسط والطويل.

The study aimed to identify the effect of elite behavior on organizational performance in the Kufa cement plant, and the valid sample for statistical analysis was (70) individuals, and it was distributed among the individuals who influence the administrative decision in the organization in question, and to analyze the questionnaires, the structural modeling method was used through modeling Molecular least squares using the famous advanced statistical program, SmartPLS v.3.2.6, and the importance of the study is that it is applied in an important economic sector, which is the industry sector, as it is the lifeblood of the economy because of its effective role in reducing imports, employing labor and supporting The national economy with national products, and the originality of the study was that it came to fill a knowledge gap represented by the absence of an Arab or foreign study to the knowledge of the researchers that dealt with the influence between the study variables in one hypothetical model, and the importance of this relationship in achieving excellence and superiority for the organization the study sample, and the method used was In this study, it is the descriptive analytical method, and the study reached a set of practical results, including that there is a direct significant effect relationship between elite behavior and organizational performance at the level of Significant (0.05), and it is possible to benefit from the results of the study, as paying attention to the behavior of the elite leads to improving the performance of workers and thus improving traditional and modern performance measures, which leads as a result to achieving good organizational performance, which is reflected in the achievement of the researched organization's goals and objectives in the medium term And long.
