هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على معوقات تفعيل الأنشطة المدرسية، بمدارس التعليم الثانوي بمحافظة البيضاء؛ ولتحقيق ذلك اعتمد الباحثان على المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وكانت الاستبانة المكونة من (38) فقرة، والموزعة على المجالات الآتية (المعوقات الخاصة بالإدارة المدرسية-المعوقات الخاصة بالإمكانات المدرسية - المعوقات الخاصة بالمعلم - المعوقات الخاصة بالطالب- المعوقات الخاصة بالمجتمع المحلي)؛ هي أداة الدراسة، فيما تكون مجتمع البحث من جميع الإداريين والمعلمين بمدارس التعليم الثانوي بمحافظة البيضاء، والبالغ عددها عشرون مديرية تعليمية، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من تسع مديريات تعليمية، فيما بلغ عدد أفرادها (449) معلماً وإدارياً، أما عدد أفراد العينة الفعلية فتكون من (250) إدارياً ومعلماً، وبعد إجراء المعالجات الإحصائية للبيانات باستخدام الرزم الإحصائية (spss) .
توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها:
درجة معوقات تفعيل الأنشطة المدرسية جاءت عالية.
حصل المجال الثاني المعوقات المتعلقة بالإمكانيات على درجة إعاقة عالية على مستوى المجالات الخمسة، فيما حصل المجال الثالث المعوقات المتعلقة بالمعلمين على أدنى متوسط حسابي على مستوى المجالات الخمسة.
لا يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05)

The study aimed to identify obstacles to activating school activities in secondary education schools in Al-Baydha governorate. To achieve this, the researchers relied on the descriptive survey method. The questionnaire consisting of (38) items and distributed on the following areas (obstacles related to school administration - barriers to school potential - obstacles for the teacher - obstacles for students - barriers for the local community) was the study tool, while the research community was made up of all administrators and teachers in education schools Secondary school in Al-Baydha governorate, which contains twenty educational districts. While the research community consisted of all administrators and teachers in secondary education schools in Al-Baydha governorate, which numbered twenty educational directories.
The study sample consisted of nine educational directorates, while the number of its members was (449) teachers and administrators. As for the number of the actual sample, it consists of (250) administrators and teachers. And after performing statistical treatment of the data using statistical packages (spss).
The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are:
The degree of obstacles to activating school activities was high.
The second domain of capacity-related constraints obtained a high degree of disability at the level of the five domains, while the third domain, the teachers' constraints, obtained the lowest average at the level of the five domains
