لأبن حزم الأندلسي مفكر الأسلام الكبير ( ت:456ه) مؤلفات كثيرة كشفت النقاب عن صروف حياته المتقلبة في القرن الخامس الهجري/الحادي عشر الميلادي، اكثر عصور الاندلس مأساوية ، كما أبانت عن الجوانب المتنوعة في آثاره بوصفه عالماً نفسانيّاً ، ومهذباً للأخلاق، ومنظّراً لغوياً، وفقيهاً ظاهرياً، ومؤرخاً للأفكار الدينية .
ولقد وصلنا من مؤلفات ابن حزم حوالي أثني عشر كتاباً أعلقها بالنفس كتاب ((طوق الحمامة في الألفة والأّلأّف )) الذي وضعه في شبابه .وقد عمد أبن حزم في كتابه هذا – وهو دراسة حقيقية للحُب والمُحبين- الى بيان مفهومه للحب. ولا شك في أن هذا الموضوع لم يكن مستحدثاً في الأدب العربي ، فقبل تأليف ((طوق الحمامة)) بأكثر من قرن وضع ((الجاحظ)) في المشرق الاسلامي زمن الدولة العباسية ، رسالة صغيرة في الحبّ والنساء سمّاها بــــــــ ((في العشق والنساء)) . وفي القرن الرابع الهجري/ العاشر الميلادي نجد الموضوع نفسه في إحدى رسائل ((اخوان الصفا)) ، وفي العصر ذاته يكاد ((المسعودي)) قد تحدث أيضاً عن الحب في ((مروج الذهب ومعادن الجوهر)) .
ألأّ ان ابن حزم استطاع ان يُجريّ إجراءً طريفاً حول مصطلح الحب هذا، فضمّنه عناصر سيرة ذاتية مطبوعة بطابع الصدق. فأبن حزم يُحدثنا في هذا المؤلف عمّا عاشه وأحسّه في أعماق نفسه. وفي كتاب الأعترافات هذا نجد أنّ الشخصيات التي تحوم حول أبن حزم إنما هي أندلسية عرفها الرجل وعاشرها من امراء ووزراء وعلماء وطلبة علم ، وقد روى لنا أبن حزم قصص حُبّهم المتنوعة .
لقد أهتم أبن حزم وبيّن في كتابه ((طوق الحمامة )) أن الحبّ ليس بمنكر في الديانة ولا بمحظور في الشريعة ، اذ القلوب بيد الله تبارك وتعالى ، وأستشهد بمن كان عاشقاً من الخلفاء الامويين بالاندلس . وقد وصف الحب ّشعراً
فقـــــــــــــــال : جَرى الحبُّ منــــّـــــــــي مَجرى النَفسِ وأعطيتُ عَيني عنانَ الفَرسِ
من خلال ما تقدم سنتناول في دراستنا هذه موضوع ((الحب العذري)) عند ابن حزم من خلال ماتم عرضه في كتابه ((طوق الحمامة)) وكذلك عند التروبادور [شعراء وموسيقيين العصور الوسطى]، مستشهدين بألامثلة والنصوص التي أورداها ، ومعتمدين المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للوصول الى النتائج المرجوة في ختام هذه الدراسة .

Ibn Hazm al-Andalusi, the great thinker of Islam (died: 456 AH), wrote many books that revealed the volatile ways of his life in the fifth century AH / eleventh century AD, the most tragic eras of Andalusia. A jurist outwardly, and a historian of religious ideas .
We have come from Ibn Hazm’s writings about twelve books, the book “The Dove’s Ring on Intimacy and Aluf” which he wrote in his youth. In this book, Ibn Hazm, which is a true study of love and lovers, deliberately explained his concept of love. There is no doubt that this topic was not new in Arabic literature. More than a century before the compilation of “The Pigeon Collar” Al-Jahiz wrote in the Islamic East at the time of the Abbasid state, a small treatise on love and women, which he called “On Love and Women”. In the fourth century AH / tenth century AD, we find the same topic in one of the letters of the "Brothers of Safa", and in the same era almost "Al-Masudi" also spoke about love in "The Meadows of Gold and Minerals of the Essence".
However, "Ibn Hazm" was able to make a funny procedure about this term of love, so he included in it the elements of a biography printed with the character of honesty. Ibn Hazm tells us in this author about what he experienced and felt in the depths of his soul. In this book of Confessions, we find that the personalities that revolve around “Ibn Hazm” are Andalusian, whom the man knew and lived with: from princes, ministers, scholars and students of knowledge, and “Ibn Hazm” told us their various love stories .
Ibn Hazm was concerned and explained in his book “The Pigeon Collar” that love is neither anathema in religion nor prohibited in Sharia, because hearts are in the hands of God, Blessed and Exalted be He. Love has been described as poetry He said: Love ran from me like a soul, and I gave my eyes the reins of horse .
Through the foregoing, we will deal in this study with the topic of “virgin love” the honorable and pure according to “Ibn Hazm” through what was presented in his book “The Pigeon Collar” as well as with the Troubadour, citing the examples and texts he cited, and adopting the descriptive analytical approach to reach the desired results in the conclusion this study .
