تتناول هاته الورقة مفهوم المواطنة عند مالك بن نبي ورأيه في استيراد واقتباس الأفكار والمناهج، وتم استعمال المنهج التحليلي والمقارن، بطريقة استقرائية للتوصل لمعرفة الموقف الذي أتخذه من الحضارة الغربية، حيث أنه رفض صاحب شروط النهضة أي استعارة أو اقتباس لحضارة الغرب، لاختلاف الخصوصيات السوسيوثقافية بين المجتمع المسلم والمجتمع الغربي، ويرى بأن الانطلاقة الحضارية تكون ببناء وعي المواطن وبث فيه روح الحيوية، فيتحول من فرد إلى شخص، أومن فرد خام إلى فرد مكيّف قادر على الاندماج الاجتماعي. المواطنة أو السلوكي الحضاري عند مالك بن نبي، هو العيش في مجتمع تربط أفراده شبكة من العلاقات الاجتماعية، تنسج مع ديناميكية أعضائه في إطار تفعيل الأفكار النابعة من مرجعية دينية، وبثقافة محلية ناتجة عن تفاعل العوالم الثلاثة عالم الأفكار، عالم الأشخاص وعالم الأشياء.

This paper deals with Malik Ben Nabi's concept of citizenship and his opinion on importing and quoting ideas and approaches, and the analytical and comparative approach has been used, in an experimental way, to find out what position he has taken on Western civilization, as it is The author of the conditions of renaissance rejects any metaphor or quotation of the civilization of the West, because of the difference in sociological and cultural idiosyncrasies between Muslim society and Western society.
