استهدفت الدراسة الحالية تحليل بعض أدوار التعليم الخاص في الإصلاح التعليمي في مصر، ووضع تصور مقترح لتفعيل بعض هذه الأدوار، كما استهدفت التعرف على أهم الاتجاهات العالمية للإصلاح التعليمي وإمكانية تطبيقها فى مصر، وكذلك الوقوف على الأسس الفلسفية للتعليم الخاص في مصر ودوره في الإصلاح التعليمي ، و أيضا الكشف عن واقع إسهام التعليم الخاص فى تحقيق الإصلاح التعليمي فى مصر، و في النهاية التوصل إلى تصور مقترح لتفعيل بعض أدوار التعليم الخاص فى الإصلاح التعليمي فى مصر، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفى، وتمثلت عينة الدراسة في فئة من العاملين بمجال التعليم الخاص بالمدارس الثانوية الخاصة قوامها (335) ثلاثمائة وخمس وثلاثون فردا بنسبة 10% من المجتمع الأصل ، متمثلة في مديري المدارس الخاصة والموجهين والمعلمين وأولياء الأمور، وتم تطبيق استبانة على العينة المختارة حول واقع بعض أدوار التعليم الخاص في الإصلاح التعليمي في مصر
وجاءت أبرز النتائج التى توصلت إليها الدراسة كما يلى:
- توفر المدارس الخاصة بيئة صحية آمنة للطلاب.
- تلتزم المدارس الخاصة بعمل وحدات للتدريب والجودة.
- حرص المدارس الخاصة بممارسة الطالب للأنشطة بمختلف أنواعها .
- ضعف في التوعية والدعم المعنوي والمادي للمدارس الحكومية.
- الاهتمام من قبل المدارس الخاصة بالامتحانات العملية لقياس المهارات عند طلابها.
- قلة الرغبة في تعليم الأبناء لغة أجنبية من خلال مناهج أجنبية.
- ضعف مواكبة التعليم المصري للتغيرات العالمية الحديثة ولكن القصور فى التمويل .
- قلة مراعاة التقويم بالمدارس الخاصة للفروق الفردية بين الطلاب.
وفى ضوء نتائج الدراسة قدم الباحث تصورًا مقترحًا لتفعيل بعض أدوار التعليم الخاص فى الإصلاح التعليم فى مصر، من خلال تفعيل بعض أدوار التعليم الخاص في الإصلاح التعليمي في مصر ، والقضاء على المعوقات التي تحول دون قيامه بهذا الدور،
و محاولة تحقيق التكامل بين أهداف التعليم الحكومي وأهداف التعليم الخاص .

Abstract
A proposed concept to activate some of the roles of private education in educational reform in Egypt
The current study aimed to study and analyze some of the roles of private education in educational reform in Egypt, and to develop a proposed vision to activate some of these roles. And also revealing the reality of private education’s contribution to achieving educational reform in Egypt, and finally arriving at a proposed vision to activate some of the roles of private education in educational reform in Egypt, The researcher used the descriptive approach, and the study sample was represented by a sample of workers in the field of special education in private secondary schools, consisting of (335) three hundred and thirty-five individuals, 10% of the original community, represented by private school principals, mentors, teachers and parents, and a questionnaire was applied to the selected sample about The reality of some roles of private education in educational reform in Egypt.
The study found the following:
- Private schools provide a healthy and safe environment for students.
- Private schools are committed to creating training and quality units.
- Private schools' keenness on the student's practice of activities of all kinds.
- Attention by private schools to practical exams to measure the skills of their students.
- Lack of desire to teach children a foreign language through foreign curricula.
- The weakness of Egyptian education to keep pace with modern global changes, due to the shortcomings in the aspect of financing education.
- Lack of consideration by the calendar in private schools for individual differences between students.
- In light of the results of the study, the researcher presented a proposed vision to activate some of the roles of private education in educational reform in Egypt, through activating some of the roles of private education in educational reform in Egypt, and eliminating the obstacles that prevent it from playing this role. And trying to achieve integration between the goals of public education and the goals of private education.
