اتبع الشيخ حمزة أبوفارس في تحقيق التراث المنهجَ الوسط؛ لذلك اقتصر على محلّ الحاجة في التعقب والتعليق، فبلغ عددُ تعقّباتِه الفقهية في تحقيق كتاب عدة البروق للونشريسي ت: 914هـ عشرين تعقّبًا فقط، جمعتُها معتمدًا المنهج الاستقرائي، وصنفّتُها إلى ثلاثة أنواع هي: التعقبات الفقهية بسبب مخالفة مشهور المذهب المالكي، والتعقبات الفقهية بسبب الخطأ في نسبة الأقوال، والتعقبات الفقهية بسبب إغفال فرع أو قيد.
وبدراسة أنموذجين لكلّ نوع باعتماد المنهج التحليلي يتّضح أنّ التعقّبات الفقهية للشيخ حمزة مقبولةٌ، وفي محلِّها غالبًا، وقليلٌ منها يمكن مناقشته فيه، والجواب عنه.

Sheikh Hamzah Abu Faris followed the middle approach in verificating the manuscripts, so he focused on what needs to be tailed or commented. Therefore, the number of his jurisprudential tailings in the varification of the book “Eda Al-Burouq” by Al-Woncharisi Death Date: 914 Hijri, 20 tailings only. I collected them using the inductive method, and classified them into three types: jurisprudential tailings due to the violations of the adopted thoughts of Almaliki school, jurisprudential tailings due to an attribution error in statements, and jurisprudential tailings due to omissioning of a branch or a provision.
By studying two models for each type and adopting the analytical approach, it becomes clear that Sheikh Hamzah's jurisprudential tailings are acceptable and appropriate, and few of them can be discussed and answered.
