يهدف البحث إلى تبيين أهم الامتيازات والحصانات التي تتمتع بها البعثات الدائمة للدول لدى المنظمات الدولية، وذلك تطبيقاً لما قرته القواعد القانونية في هذا الخصوص.
ويعتمد هذا البحث على عديد المناهج التي استخدمت في هذه الدراسة، والتي خلصت إلى مجموعة من النتائج منها تسوية المنازعات التي قد تنشئ بين البعثات الدائمة المعتمدة لدى المنظمات الدولية ودولة المقر، وذلك بسبب إساءة استعمال الامتيازات والحصانات من طرف أعضاء البعثة المعتمدين لدى المنظمة، وذلك في حالة التدخل الخطير في قوانين وتشريعات دولة المقر، وكذلك التدخل في الشؤون الداخلية لها.
وأخيراً يجب على أعضاء البعثات الدائمة التي تمثل الدول لدى المنظمات الدولية المحافظة على الامتيازات والحصانات الممنوحة إياهم وعدم إساءة استعمالها؛ لأن ذلك يلحق الضرر بالعلاقات الدولية ولا يحقق روح التعاون بين أشخاص المجتمع الدولي سواءً كانوا منظمات دولية أو دول.

The research aims to show the most important privileges and immunities enjoyed by the permanent missions of countries at international organizations, in accordance with what have been approved by the legal rules in this regard. This research relies on several methods that have been used in this study, which concluded to a set of results, including the settlement of disputes that may arise between the permanent missions accredited by the international organizations and the headquarters state. That is due to the misuse of privileges and immunities by members of the mission accredited by the organization. This is in case of serious interference in laws and legislations of the headquarters state, as well as the interference in its internal affairs.
Finally, members of the permanent missions who represent countries at the international organizations, must preserve and not misuse the privileges and immunities granted to them, because that would inflict damage to the international relations and does not achieve the spirit of cooperation between people of the international community, whether they are international organizations or states.
