ان المصارف بمختلف انواعها تعد من المؤسسات التي تشكل النظام المالي لأي بلد و بالتالي هي عضو فعال و مهم و اساسي في النظام المالي لأي بلد و التي لا يمكن لأي اقتصاد ان يقوم بدون وجودها فهي التي تحتفظ بالأموال و تفتح مختلف انواع الحسابات لكل فئات المجتمع من مواطن عادي ، طبيب ، مهندس ، طيار ، معلم و هي كذلك التي تمنح القروض لكل الفئات و كذلك على علاقة مباشرة بالحكومات و الاهم علاقتها بالشركات و المستثمرين اذ تمر عليها مختلف انواع المشاريع الاستثمارية و التشغيلية سواء التي تمنح تلك التي تحتاج القروض او اعتماد مستندي او غيرها ، و عليه يجب علينا دراستها و تحليل الميزانية العمومية الخاصة بالمصرف لمعرفة اين تذهب الاموال و كيف يقوم المحاسبون و العاملون في المصرف بعمل تلك الاعمال من خلال دراسة و شرح و تفصيل الميزانية العمومية

Banks of all types are considered among the institutions that make up the financial system of any country, and therefore they are an effective, important and essential member in the financial system of any country, without which no economy can exist. They are the ones that keep money and open various types of accounts for all segments of society. An ordinary citizen, a doctor, an engineer, a pilot, a teacher, and it also grants loans to all categories, and also has a direct relationship with governments, and most importantly its relationship with companies and investors, as it passes through various types of investment and operational projects, whether it grants those that require loans or documentary credit or Others, and therefore we must study it and analyze the bank’s balance sheet to find out where the money goes and how the accountants and employees of the bank carry out these tasks through studying, explaining and detailing the balance sheet.
