هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن معوقات استخدام الإدارة الإلكترونية في المدارس الابتدائية داخل الخط الأخضر، واستنتاج الحلول من أجل الحد من معوقات استخدام الإدارة الإلكترونية، وللإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة، استخدمت الباحثة المنهج المدمج، من خلال استخدام المنهج الوصفي، بالإضافة استخدام المنهج النوعي، حيث قامت الباحثة بتطوير استبانة، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من (627) وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (120) مديرًا ومديرة يعملون في المدارس الابتدائية، وقد تم تحليلها إحصائيًا، كما تم إجراء مقابلات مع عينة من المديرين وعددهم (15) مديرًا ومديرة، وقد أسفرت النتائج إلى وجود درجة متوسطة من معوقات استخدام الإدارة الإلكترونية في المدارس الابتدائية داخل الخط الأخضر، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من المقترحات للحد من المعوقات تضمنت التدريب المستمر، التطوير بالبنية التحتية، ومواكبة المستجدات الحديثة، وتحديث الأنظمة الإدارية الإلكترونية. وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة فقد أوصت الدراسة بإجراء عمليات التحديث للبنية التحتية اللازمة للإدارة الإلكترونية، كذلك عمليات التنمية البشرية التي تتضمن مشاريع التدريب والتطوير المستمرين.

The current study aimed to explore the obstacles to the use of electronic management in primary schools within the Green Line, and to conclude solutions in order to reduce the obstacles to the use of electronic management, and to answer the questions of the study, the researcher used the integrated curriculum, through the use of the descriptive approach, in addition to the use of the qualitative approach, where the researcher developed a questionnaire, and the study population consisted of (627) and the study sample consisted of (120) school principals in primary schools, the interview sample were conducted With a sample of (15) principals, the results showed a moderate degree of obstacles to the use of electronic administration in primary schools within the Green Line. The study also came up with a set of proposals to reduce obstacles, including continuous training, infrastructure development, keeping up with modern developments, and updating electronic administrative systems. In light of the results of the study, the study recommended carrying out modernization operations for the infrastructure necessary for electronic management, as well as human development operations that include continuous training and development projects.
