هدف البحث إلى التعرف على العلاقة الارتباطية بين الذكاء الانفعالي وفاعلية الذات لدى معلمات مراكز التدريب والتأهيل لذوي الفئات الخاصة بمدينة زليتن، ومعرفة دلالة الفروق بين متوسطات درجات مقياس كل من الذكاء الانفعالي وفاعلية الذات تبعاً لمتغير (سنوات الخبرة، ونوع الإعاقة)، تكون مجتمع البحث من (40) معلمة من معلمات مراكز التدريب والتأهيل لذوي الفئات الخاصة، تم استخدام مقياس الذكاء الانفعالي من إعداد أحمد العلوان (2011 )، ومقياس فاعلية الذات من إعداد ولاء سهيل يوسف(2016) ، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، و أظهرت نتائج البحث وجود علاقة ارتباطية عالية وإيجابية عند مستوى دلالة (0.01) بين مقياس الذكاء الانفعالي ومقياس فاعلية الذات بلغت قيمة هذه العلاقة (75%)،كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروقً معنوية في مقياس الذكاء الانفعالي تبعاً لمتغير سنوات الخبرة، ونوع الإعاقة، ووجود فروق في مقياس فاعلية الذات تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة، وصالح الفرق كان لسنوات الخبرة عشر سنوات فأكثر مع سنوات الخبرة من ست إلي عشر سنوات، كما بينت النتائج عدم وجود فروق في مقياس فاعلية الذات لدى معلمات مراكز التأهيل والتدريب لذوي الفئات الخاصة تعزى لمتغير نوع الإعاقة.

The present research aims to identify the statistically significant correlation between
emotional intelligence and self-effectiveness of the teachers of training and
significance of differences in emotional intelligence and self-effectiveness
depending on the variable (years of experience, type of disability), the research
sample consisted of (40) teachers of training and rehabilitation centers for special
groups. The emotional intelligence scale was used by Ahmed Alalwan (2011), and
the measure of self-effectiveness prepared by Wala Suhail Youssef (2016), and in
order to achieve the research objectives, the correlative descriptive curriculum was
used, Results of this research showed a statistically significant correlation (0.01)
between emotional intelligence and self-effectiveness the value of this relationship
(%75) among the teachers of rehabilitation and training centers for special groups
, and the results also showed no statistically significant differences in the emotional
intelligence scale depending on the variable years of experience , and the type of
disability, the existence of statistically significant differences in the measure of self-
effectiveness attributable to the variable years of experience, The best interest of
the team has been for years of experience ten years and more with years of
experience from six to ten years The results also showed that there were no
statistically significant differences in the self-effectiveness measure of women
teachers of rehabilitation and training centers for special groups attributable to the
variable type of disability . rehabilitation centers for the special categories of Zliten city, and to identify the
