الملخص:
قد كانت هناك محفزات سياسية ودوافع اجتماعية واقتصادية داخل ليبيا دفعت الشعب إلى إعلان ثورته والمتمثلة بالكبت السياسي والتمايز المناطقي والحرمان الاقتصادي التي اعتبرت من أهم التحديات الداخلية المؤثرة على عملية بناء الدولة في ليبيا، ومن هنا تتركز إشكالية الدراسة في التساؤل الرئيس المتمثل في: ما أهم التحديات الداخلية التي تؤثر على عملية بناء الدولة الليبية، وتهدف الدراسة إلى: التعرف على التحديات السياسية المؤثرة على عملية بناء الدولة في ليبيا. وتوضيح التحديات الاقتصادية المؤثرة على عملية بناء الدولة في ليبيا. وكذلك الكشف عن التحديات الاجتماعية المؤثرة على عملية بناء الدولة في ليبيا، واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الاستقرائي الوصفي، والمنهج التحليلي النقدي، وذلك لفهم ودراسة أهم التحديات الداخلية التي تؤثر على عملية بناء الدولة في ليبيا، ووصولا إلى أهم النتائج بأن المجتمع الليبي أصبح مجتمعًا منقسمًا، تسوده فوضى سياسية، وهشاشة مؤسساتية، في ظل غياب مرجعية متفق عليها وعدم وضوح الرؤية المستقبلية، وخاصة لأن ليبيا لا تمتلك دستورًا تستند عليه ولا نظامًا مؤسساتيًا ولا نظاما إداريًا متكاملاً ولا بنى سياسية تساعد الحكومة الجديدة على النهوض بليبيا الجديدة، وعلى ذلك يمكن إبراز مكامن الإشكاليات والتي سيكون لها انعكاساتها ودلالاتها على مستقبل الاستقرار السياسي والاقتصادي للدولة الناشئة.

Abstract:
There were political incentives and social and economic motives inside Libya that pushed the people to declare their revolution, represented by political repression, regional differentiation, and economic deprivation, which were considered among the most important internal challenges affecting the state-building process in Libya. Hence, the problem of the study is focused on the main question of: What are the most important challenges? The internal affairs that affect the process of building the Libyan state. The study aims to: identify the political challenges affecting the process of building the state in Libya. And clarify the economic challenges affecting the state-building process in Libya. As well as revealing the social challenges affecting the state-building process in Libya, the study followed the descriptive inductive approach and the critical analytical approach, in order to understand and study the most important internal challenges affecting the state-building process in Libya, and to arrive at the most important results that Libyan society has become a divided society, dominated by... Political chaos and institutional fragility, in the absence of an agreed-upon reference and lack of clarity of the future vision, especially because Libya does not have a constitution to rely on, nor an institutional system, nor an integrated administrative system, nor political structures that would help the new government advance the new Libya. Accordingly, it is possible to highlight the sources of the problems that It will have repercussions and implications for the future political and economic stability of the emerging country.
