هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الدعم الاجتماعي وعلاقته بالكفاءة الذاتية لعينة من مبتوري الأطراف في ليبيا. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (130) من مبتوري الأطراف "السفلي والعلوي" من الذكور و"مركز المعاقين في طرابلس ومركز المعاقين في بنغازي". تراوحت أعمارهم بين 20-45 سنة بمتوسط عمر 30.6 سنة وانحراف معياري قدره ± 6.57. نتائج الدراسة :
1- توجد علاقة ارتباطية موجبة إحصائيا بين الدعم الاجتماعي والكفاءة الذاتية لدى عينة من مبتوري الأطراف في ليبيا.
2- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات مبتوري الأطراف العلوية ومبتوري الأطراف السفلية في الدعم الاجتماعي.
3- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات مبتوري الأطراف العلوية ومبتوري الأطراف السفلية في الكفاءة الذاتية. وقد تم شرح نتائج الدراسة في ضوء الأطر النظرية ومراجعة الأدبيات ووجهة نظر الباحث. وخرج الباحث ببعض التوصيات واقترح إجراء البحوث.

This study aimed to social support and its Relationship with self - efficacy for a sample of amputees in Libya. The sample of the study consisted of (130) amputees ” lower , upper ” of males, ”Handicapped Center in Tripoli and Handicapped Center in Benghazi”. Their ages ranged between 20-45 years with a mean age of 30.6 years and a standard deviation of ± 6.57. Results of the study : 1- There is a positive correlation relationship statistically between social support and self-efficacy among a sample of amputees in Libya. 2- There are no statistically significant differences between the average scores of upper-limbs amputees and lower-limbs amputees in social support. 3- There are no statistically significant differences between the average scores of upper-limbs amputees and lower-limbs amputees in self-efficacy .The results of the study were explained in the light of theoretical frameworks , literature review and the researcher’s point of view. The researcher came up with some recommendations and suggested researches.
The current study aimed to identify the relationship between social support, self-efficacy, as well as identifying the differences between males and females in social support and self-efficacy, according to a study that is made on a sample of two hundred (male-female) students (one hundred male student-one hundred female student) aged between (18 - 25 year) Average age estimated by (21.5) and Standard deviation estimated by (±3.8), the researcher use a counter for social support and self-efficacy.
