سعت ھذهِ الدراس هذه الدراسة الى إمكانیة إقامة متطلبات النظام المُتكامل للصحة والسلامة والبیئة(Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series) (OHSAS:18001) فتین المواصفتين عل (2004:14001:ISO (دراسة موقفیة في عینة من الشركات الصناعیة ف ي محافظ ة الموص ل/ فق د س عى الباحث إلى التطرق إلى مفھوم مواص فة إدارة ال صحة وال سلامة المھنی ة (18001:OHSAS (وفوائدھا
كما تم توضیح مفھوم نظام الإدارة البیئة (2004:14001:ISO (ومتطلباتھ ا وفوائدھا، الإشارة في ھذا البحث إلى بعض الدراسات السابقة المرتبطة بالمواصفتان، بالإضافة إلى تَطرق البحث إلى العلاقة كاملیة بین المواصفتان، وقد تمّ وضع أنموذج افتراضي یعك س متطلب ات المتغیرات الرئيسة للبحث والتي بدورھا عبرت عن متطلبات النظام المتكام لللمواصفتین &2004/ISO14001
1999/OHSAS18001بالإضافة إلى توصل الباحث إلى عدد من الاستنتاجات منھا تختل ف ال شركات المبحوثة في مستوى امتلاكھا مؤھلات إقامة متطلبات نظم الإدارة المتكاملة ومن أھم المُقترحات التي توصل إلیھا الباحث بأن ھل الحكومة أن تُولي الإھتمام فج الات (المراف ق الخاصة بمعالجة میاه الصرف الصحي وسلامة ونظافة المشاریع الصناعیة، وتكالیف تشغیل وصیانة المعدات الخاصة ونظم مراقبة تلوث الھواء، ومعالجة میاه الصرف الصحي وإدارة النفایات أو (إدارة الھدر).

This study attempted to define the feasibility of establishing integrated system requirements for health, safety and environment according to specifications (OHSAS: 18001)
(Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series) (ISO: 14001:2004) the pre-feasibility study in a sample of industrial firms in Mosul, we have therefore been addressed in this research on the concept of standard management of occupational health and safety (OHSAS: 18001) and its
benefits have also clarified the concept of the environmental management system (ISO: 14001:2004 Moreover, its requirements and benefits have also been noted in this research to some previous studies related to the topic (Specifications ISO14001/2004 & OHSAS18001/1999), in addition to the
discussion of the complementary relationship between the specifications, ISO14001/2004 &, OHSAS18001/1999 as well as to reach a researcher to some conclusions and recommends, that the government (state) to pay attention in the areas of (facilities for sewage treatment and the safety and cleanliness of industrial projects, and the costs of operation and maintenance of equipment and systems for the control of air pollution, sewage treatment, waste management or ( Waste management).
