يعالج هذا البحث وبشي من التفصيل (علاقة الارتباط والتاثير) بين عناصر الهندسة البشرية ودورها في تحسين بيئة العمل الفيزياوية وتقليل الاصابات في مجموعة مختارة من الشركات الصناعية في محافظة نينوى،وبصفة عامة ان اهتمام الادارة العليا بعناصر الهندسة البشرية وتوفير البيئة المثالية من (حرارة،رطوبة،انارة،تهوية،اشعاع والوان وظروف اخرى لبيئة العمل ) سوف يساعد بدوره في تقليل الفرد العامل في موقع عملة لمخاظر الاصابة،وبشكل عام يحاول البحث الاجابة على التساؤلات الاتية:
1- هل هناك علاقة ارتباط معنوية بين عناصر الهندسة البشرية مجتمعة مع تقليل الاصابات ؟
2- هل هناك تاثير معنوي لعناصر الهندسة البشرية مجتمعة في تحسين بيئة العمل الفيزياوية ؟
3 - هل هناك وجود تاثير معنوي لعناصر الهندسة البشرية مجتمعة في تقليل الاصابات؟
وفي التحليل النهائي ،توصل البحث الى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات اهمها : وجود علاقة ارتباط وتاثير معنوي بين عناصر الهندسة البشرية وبيئة العمل الفيزياوية وتقليل الاصابات قي الشركات قيد البحث.

This research deals with the relation between
the elements of ergonomics and its role in improving the environment of physical the work and reducing injuries
In a selected group of the industrial companies in Ninewa. The top management attention of the elements of ergonomics and the ideal providing environment including temperature, humidity, lighting, ventilation, radiation, colours, and the other conditions of the of injuring environment help to reduce the possibility work .research tries to individual working at the site of infection. This answer the following questions:
Is there any relation between the elements of ergonomics and environment of physical work?
2. Is there an ergonomics and reducing injuries in the company under study?
3. Is there a significant effect of the elements of ergonomics an improving the environment of physical work?
4. Is there a significant effect of the elements of ergonomics on reducing injuries?
This research has come up with the conclusion that there are
significant relations ergonomics and the environment of physical work in the company under study.
