هيدف البحث إىل التعريف بعلم من أعالم العراق كون بلدنا مهد احلضارة ومهبط الرساالت ،
وبلد االولياء واالصفياء واالتقياء وآل بيت النبوة االطهار ، وهو اول بلد سن القانون يف االرض
ودونه يف مسلة ، واول من تعلم الكتابة وعلمها للبرشية، وأعالمه منارات شاخمة يؤكدون يف كل
عرص تفوقهم وعطائهم املتجدد وانتامئهم هلذا الرصح احلضاري العظيم باسهاماهتم املتميزة يف كل
املجاالت والسيام العلمية منها.
ّف األجيال هبم ، وبجهودهم الطيبة ، ليظهر علمهم املكنون
ومن حق هؤالء األعالم أن نعر
الذي دفنته سنني اإلمهال عىل املأل ، وحق ألجيالنا أن يفخروا بام أنجزوه من عطاء .. لذا أحببنا أن
نفتح نافذة بسيطة لنطل منها عىل عامل جليل من أعالم العراق هو العالمة األصويل الفقيه "الدكتور
عبد الكريم زيدان" حفظه اهلل. احد رواد الدعوة اإلسالمية يف العراق ، وأحد أعمدة العلوم
الرشعية يف أرجاء العامل اإلسالمي.
هذا الرجل الذي نذر نفسه للعلم وطلبته. "فأخرج الكثري من مواضيع الفقه من نطاق التجميع
ً إىل ساحة اإلبداع وفضائه الرحب مستلهام روح املعارصة ومستفيداً من سعة اطالعه عىل األحكام
الوضعية ساعده عىل فضح عوارها وعجزها عن اإلحاطة بالقضايا البرشية املعقدة املتغرية وأظهر
من خالل ذلك باحلجة والربهان عظمة الترشيع اإلسالمي يف كل املجاالت" متخذاً لنفسه دوراً
هيدي به األجيال إىل طريق احلق والعزة واالنعتاق مستلهام رسالة األنبياء يف التبليغ، وإجالء احلقائق
ً بذلك األمانة امللقاة عىل عاتقه بكل صدق وصرب.
وخدمتها، مؤديا
واملتتبع إلنتاجه العلمي وأبداعه الفكري، وعلو شأنه يف املقارنة بني األحكام الرشعية واألحكام
الوضعية يف كتبه ، وأدائه لدوره يف تنبيه األمة من عواقب البطر والكفر بنعم اهلل والظلم والفسق ،
وحتذيره من الوقوع بام وقعت فيه األمم الغابرة التي استحقت غضب اهلل. يدرك قدر هذا الرجل
وعظيم استشعاره ملسؤولية العامل.
وإسهاما منا يف التعريف بأعالم العراق آثرنا تسليط الضوء عىل يشء من جهود هذا العامل من

Abstract
jurisprudential Efforts and Fundamentalism
of the TMrk, Dr. Abdul Karim Zidane
The research aims to publicize one of the famous scientist in Iraq,from the fact that our
country is the cradle of civilization and the airstrip messages, and the country of tutors and

al-Faqih "Dr. Abdul Karim Zidane" may Allah protect him. One of the pioneers of the Islamic
