Work on how to build a culture of work that encourages members of society to practice business even if it has a temporary character, especially among young university graduates in an attempt to absorb part of the unemployment of this segment, and strive to attract foreign investments and transfer modern technology and expertise by undertaking new projects that the market is unable to Iraqi in both sectors to reduce the rampant poverty in the country.
