تحليل مقاربات الفاعلين في بناء الاستراتيجيات الثقافية وتحديد الاشكاليات التي أثرت بصفة مباشرة وغير مباشرة على الواقع الاجتماعي والثقافي التونسي. ثم تحديد علاقة الأطراف الفاعلة في الفنون والثقافة بالمبادرة الخاصة من خلال التنشيط السوسيوثقافي بالقطاعين العام والخاص. مع مقترح لبعض الحلول العملية للنهوض بالقطاع الثقافي.

Analyzing the actors' approaches in building cultural strategies and identifying the problems that directly and indirectly affected the Tunisian social and cultural reality. Then determine the relationship of actors in arts and culture with the private initiative through socio-cultural activation in the public and private sectors. With a proposal for some practical solutions for the advancement of the cultural sector.
