Waleed awarded his Bachelor degree (BA) in English language and linguistics from Faculty of social Sciences and Humanities. He continued his study and awarded A Master of Arts (English language studies) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. He always learned to be effective at work. He likes the teamwork and mostly leadership. He has many activities when he was an undergraduate and Master student. In addition to his experience in teaching for 11 years, he participated in various programmes, workshops, conferences and training courses. He is now a graduate ambassador (GA) of UKM at Deputy of Postgraduate Development and Mentorship of Graduate Centre UKM. UKM Graduate Ambassadors (GAs) represent the UKM Graduate Centre, in particular, and UKM in general. GAs provide prospective students with invaluable peer-to-peer advice and liaise with members of the faculties and institutes. They also assist and support selected university events/activities
